Please, don't say that we, the students, are cheaters.

Technically, the students are not cheaters. The students still have to attend the classes, take the test, do the other class requirements, and fret about whether they have done enough to pass the class, even with the writers they hired assuring them of the quality and grades of their papers. They still do the major work. They are the ones whose future will be ended if they are caught using a writing service. Here is the thing, the writing service is not helping the students cheat. They merely assist in the completion of class requirements. Does that make a student a cheater? Not in my book. The student will still have to take the blame if they hire a crappy writer and get a crappy grade. Are they cheaters? Nope. They are merely strong risk takers.

Cite... no one "does" class requirements. Where did you learn English?

The student will still have to take the blame if they hire a crappy writer and get a crappy grade.

Students beware!

The more technology becomes prevalent in the educational system, the more the students find themselves overwhelmed with classwork, projects, training, etc. All of which are supposed to help them become better members of the 21st century workforce. Overwhelming them does not help make them better workers, it just makes them better at looking for ways to get help so they can complete their tasks. Should we call that laziness? I do not think so. They are only reacting to the demands of the 21st century educational system. They are not cheating, they are finding creative ways to get the help that they need to meet their academic requirements.

The main reason that college students have always sought out ways of avoiding having to write their own essays is that academic institutions mandate way too many courses totally outside of students' genuine academic interests and major courses of study as a prerequisite for graduation. That's especially true in degree areas that involve little if any writing in their corresponding vocational fields.
