hi FreelanceWriter... thank you for all the useful posts. I'm looking for a reputable, reliable company that will do the work once they receive the money... and deliver ontime and quality... I was wondering which companies do you recommend...? You can message me directly so folks don't flood the thread with "ad" slogans and crap...

Also, what are the acceptable payment options that one can offer to be safe? ie: I'll pay upfront for every 5 pages or...? or it is what ever the site says?

Thanks.

I have a question for FreelanceWriter. I want to place an order on *********, however I saw that we need to cite the work. On the website they say:

"Our dissertation examples and term paper help enable doctoral students to learn how to research and write their own Ph.D.
dissertations, thesis papers, and dissertation proposals, and they are responsible for citing us as a dissertation reference source. "

I am a master student, and I am afraid of getting caught! I mean, if I wrote ********* as one of my references, it can be a problem right? So what should I do? Should I choose another writing service or ???

Thank you so much!

Another reason that writers tend to not take orders is if they can tell that the client will do a "bait and switch" on them once they take the order. That means, the student only posted a portion of the actual work requirement in the hopes that a poor writer will take the cheaply priced order. Then they start to add instructions, reference requirements, and other instructions once a writer is assigned. Waiting till the writer has delivered the paper to ask for revisions for not being instruction compliant when the instructions were not provided in the first place. Then they refuse to add to their payment because they want to pay for the complicated and over instructed, along with over revised paper due to "Writer Error". I have had students post that way on my site before and I ban them permanently once their first order is completed.

If I were a customer, I would only use a company or writer whose TOS don't restrict what you may or may not do with the project or whose TOS say that the company or writer retains the copyright to the work after it's paid for and delivered. My customers own the work that I provide and it's totally up to them how they use it and what they choose to do with it once I've delivered it.

@FreelanceWriter 'My customers own the work that I provide and it's totally up to them how they use it and what they choose to do with it once I've delivered it'.

I believe that's called encouraging students to cheat.
A reputable essay company and freelance writer will normally insist that the essay is to be used as an academic tool helping customers to draft their own essay. Anything less is cheating. Essay writers have their own style and by merely passing off the essay as their own the customer is taking a big risk. Responsible essay writers would have the customers' best interests at heart and not promote cheating; in fact they would warn against it.

My website makes clear that my work is intended to be used as a model; but my clients are all adults who are fully capable of making their own autonomous decisions about how they choose to use the projects that they receive from me. If I were a client, I definitely wouldn't appreciate some essay company dictating to me what I may and may not do with the work that I paid them good money to write for me. I'd never do business with any essay company whose TOS specify that the company exclusively owns the copyright to my project or that prohibits me from using my project that I paid them to write for me in any way that I choose, because it's really none of their business. Furthermore, if the essay company exclusively retains the copyright, that, by definition, also means that there's nothing to prevent them from reselling my essay whenever and however many times they want to after delivering it to me. My clients don't have to worry about the steps that some essay companies say they reserve the right to take to "protect" their copyrights or about my ever reselling or reusing their projects in any way. Once my projects are delivered to my clients, they own them exclusively and they can decide how to use them in whatever way they think will benefit them optimally.

There is no sense in charging clients for an "original" paper if they cannot submit it for a grade. That is what the student is thinking. Then again, the student may realize that the original paper was not written to be used as is. Some companies and freelances clearly indicate that in their TOS.

A student can use the paper only if he makes changes to the content. By changes, I mean, he rewrites the paper using the given information in the paid paper. It cannot contain a semblance of the original writing except for the sources, since students could end up using the same sources for the paper in some instances. It is difficult to prove plagiarism based on sources alone.

By not submitting the original paper they paid for, the student also manages to avoid the pitfalls of future blackmail from any writer of bad intent.
The opinions are that of the author's alone based on an individual capacity. Opinions are provided "as is" and are not error-free.

Such sound analysis and advice. I appreciate all your contributions in helping to protect customers from scam, dishonourable, incompetent essay companies and freelance writers.

FreelanceWriter "My website makes clear that my work is intended to be used as a model; but my clients are all adults who are fully capable of making their own autonomous decisions about how they choose to use the projects that they receive from me."

"FreelanceWriter "Once my projects are delivered to my clients, they own them exclusively and they can decide how to use them in whatever way they think will benefit them optimally."

Not sure your website is specific about that. Perhaps you need to amend it. Encouraging students to hand in the work as their own is aiding and abetting cheating. Basically the customer would be committing plagiarism and therefore cheating. By 'encouraging' I mean that you do not forbid it. Do you understand that plagiarism is a double edged sword. 'No' is the answer which is worrying in itself.

Contrary to yet more of your lies, reputable UK essay companies state that custom essays will not be resold. As befits a law abiding organisation they also make it clear that customers who hand in an essay as their own commit a breach of copyright. The essay should be used as an academic research tool/study aid. They do not leave it to customers' discretion which at the very least points to indifference as to whether students cheat.

Reputable UK freelance writers follow the same rules so that customers are clear that the essay is a study aid and not to be passed off as their own.

Only disreputable essay writers geared towards coining it in would have such scant regard for their customers. Totally irresponsible.
