Write a MemoBelow is an example Writing Memo on interpreting data from journal articles.

Writers Memo

One of the biggest problems with this paper was figuring out how to interpret the data from the journal articles in a way that was not overly technical so that my audience could understand it easily and to compile all of the data into a single seamless discussion of the literature. This was important because my paper had to look as if it was a single article rather than a conglomeration of different parts. The main reason this was difficult for me is because I have a strong tendency to focus on the little details and I forget that my audience does not do so quite as much.

I think that I managed to balance my own opinion with the need to be objective in this paper. The main reason is that education is a subject that I am rather passionate about so my opinion tends to be rather skewed. Thus I tried to address the arguments against Qatar's current education initiative in my paper as well. The other critical problem I had was in trying to create an argument since I am not an argumentative person so finding a point I could argue about was rather hard for me since everything that sounded like an argument in my head ended up not looking as good on paper.

Finally, the thing I found interesting about this paper was finding research on this topic. The problem is that there is not a great deal of literature on Qatar in general in the library. I learned several new things about performing library searches and about searching on the internet for subject matter while completing this paper. In spite of the difficulties I have had with this paper it was a learning experience and hopefully I will be able to continue addressing issues such as; writing argumentative papers as well as learning how to phrase research so that it looks more seamless since this was the main issues in my paper.

tips to create software proposals or writing memos

Google Docs has improved tremendously since the online document generator was first introduced. They have a plethora of free available templates and software that can help a student or professional create a professional looking presentation every single time. You don't really have to pay for the software anymore. However, there is a learning curve to the free tools so you may want to get a head start and use the tools for familiarity purposes as soon as you can.

I think that I managed to balance my own opinion with the need to be objective in this paper.

This sample actually illustrates the exact opposite of anything even remotely "objective." Almost every sentence relates directly back to the writer in first person ("I," "me," and "my"), or to "this paper," none of which, of course, has any place in a "memo" or in anything "objective." The same goes for his personal "opinion." The writer would have been much better off simply Googling "sample memo" to see what a memo is supposed to look like, at least, instead of trying to find a "tool" to create one without even knowing what a memo is.

Yup. There is a tool these days. The claim is that there is nothing that AI cannot write for an office, which is why bosses no longer keep their executive assistants busy with such mundane tasks. They just input the information for the letter or proposal into the app then hit enter or generate. Then they wait for whatever crap the AI will spew out. Now, automation is good for quick jobs or drafts of these proposals or memos. For the actual, professional, and informative stuff, you will always need a human writer to edit, revise, and rewrite whatever it is that the AI created.

It seems like companies like Google or Microsoft might be undermining themselves by releasing AI text generation tools. Corporations are now using AI to create content that feels inauthentic and robotic. Ironically, now Google's own AI seems to be favoring forums and social media in rankings, which are known for human-generated content. It's like they're going full circle :) Personally, I pretty much avoid reading all kinds of robot-written text (getting better and better at detecting it).

There is a reason why Google and other AI development companies are frequenting forums and social media. They are releasing the AI in these circles in an effort to help it learn how to sound more human and less mechanical. The companies actually employ human beings to help develop a more human sounding AI. Do not be fooled. These companies know exactly what they are doing. They know exactly how to increase their profits using AI and they know they can use humans to acheive that automated goal. Yes, I believe that the time will come when humans and AI will be living and working side by side, whether we like it or not.
