paperexperts.co.uk = fraudulent, non-UK site, likely from Pakistan

All of its Web copy is directly stolen from older, fraudulent essay sites.

Perhaps... But if the site is accepting Paypal, that means Paypal hasn't had a high number of cancellations or else they would cancel the account and stop processing their payments. Really don't wanna get into how WritersBeware gets his information.

The site is NEW and has virtually no online presence. Therefore, I highly doubt that it receives many, if any, orders. PayPal does not ban accounts for inactivity. Please stop acting as if you have a clue.

no online presence

WB is right. The company is non-existent over the Internet. Moreover, they're 100% "cybersquatting" (that is, trying to use a web address similar to another company).

opposes each and every writing website

Can you tell us why the website owner is SC? Why is there no physical address given? Your favorite company as it seems, it is dubious for sure. Tell them, "Stop SC".

IMHO the ability to pay through paypal doesn't mean much. It's a little safer going through PP because you're not giving up your credit card info. Unfortunately, anyone can defraud you by just not giving you the product you ordered.

To stay on the safe side always choose a company which has a companies house registration number, local phone number (This doesn't include 0800, 0845 etc) and a UK bank account.

Any website that uses Paypal as its collection conduit is pretty much safer and more reliable than the others that do not use the same system. Paypal makes creating a charge back easier for the client should he be disgruntled with the service he received from the writing company. I would not necessarily trust the website more because of its PayPal affiliation but I would feel better knowing that I had options in case I wanted to stop the payment on a problematic or unacceptable paper that was written for me. I've been using PayPal since it practically started its service and I can tell you that as a seller, the system also made it easier for me to collect from my clients. It was painless and reliable. So yes, having Paypal as a collecting agent does have its perks and protection for both the client and the seller. However, I would not say that all the websites that use PayPal are reliable, honest, and trustworthy. Those are things considered and proven on a case to case basis.

It is hard to decipher which company is safe, which company is good, and which company will not steal your private information at this point. Mostly because there are so many writing companies out there that it is difficult to assess their reliability and trust factor. You always take a chance when you hire a writing company unless you can somehow confirm that the company is truly US or UK based instead of coming out of the Ukraine or somewhere in the Middle East or Asia. It's like playing Russian Roulette with your term paper. As for whether companies that use Paypal are truly safe. I cannot say that the Paypal connection makes the company reliable and safe. That only means that they are easier to pay and the client has a chargeback option, which is easier to accomplish than a credit card refund, should problems arise with your order. It would be better for you to ask for referrals from personal friends and classmates when it comes to hiring a trustworthy company. At least they can personally warn you about their experiences with the academic outsourcing companies from hell.

The only part of the questions asked above that I can confidently answer is the one about Paypal. It is definitely a safe company to deal with and, when it comes to matters of refund, expect the company to always side with the payer. Paypal is not known for siding with the payee in all instances. So if you want to know if you will get a refund, the answer is yes. You can feel safe when dealing with writers who deal directly with Paypal through a sellers account.

As for the company itself, that is something that you will have to investigate on your own. Knowing the right questions to ask and what responses to expect help you to decide whether or not a company can be trusted or if a writer is reliable. The questions though, depend upon what you need the company writer or independent writer to produce. If you feel that the conversation went well and the person or company can be trusted, then take a leap of faith and go for it.

PayPal is safe, yes. However, with any type of payment service, it's always good to know as much about the individual/company you are doing (considering doing) business with. Are they are verified user? Verified users have had to submit information to PayPal to verify their identity. The same would apply for writers with potential clients. Is the client a verified user? If not, then try to find out what you can BEFORE you start the work. Now, this is not to say that someone who is not verified is not legit, but you want to proceed with caution. And, bottom line, always (did I say ALWAYS?!) get payment first. If the client is leery about paying in full and there is time for splitting, you can offer to do the first few pages or half so they can see your quality. As a side note: I'd refrain from doing or providing the full project, even if half is paid. In these situations, which are rare, I get half upfront, complete the first half and send to the client, get payment for the second half, and complete and send.

Sadly, though, if you completed the full project before getting paid, it's most likely going to remain a loss.

Paypal has made it very difficult for freelance workers to deal with them. Okay, freelance writers in particular. They are eagle eyed about any company or person that seems to be working on academic papers. There are actually alternative payment companies out there that writers can use. The companies do not discriminate against academic writers and have competitive seller and buyer protection to that of Paypal. Don't pigeon hole yourself into just one payment service. Spread yourself out. With all the safe, alternative, and a reliable digital money transfer out there, Paypal is no longer the dominant payment system in any business. not just in the academic writing field.

Accepting Paypal is sort of a trust badge in the business. However, that does not mean that the company is safe and reliable. Some people mistake the payment channel for a trust badge like I said. It just means that the client has a recourse for a refund if the deal goes south. Do not give too much importance to the PayPal acceptance. It does not speak for the quality of work that the company will produce for you.

Agreed. It means nothing. The vast majority of reports on this forum from customers who have been ripped off by scam writers involved PayPal payments.
