Anyone can help me out of how to claim back my money from PayPal?

my file has been closed by PayPal :(

Dispute Resolution Status:

Money Transfer"After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favour at this time.

The item is ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection because it is intangible.
"

I have no idea why, i am willing to provide the evidence for them but they didn't contact with me at all :(

and i saw it from Paypal, it does stated that if we are dissatisfy with the outcome, we can click the appeal button --> "The Appeal button will only be available for 10 days after the case is closed in the Closed Disputes section in the Resolution Centre."

but in fact, I didn't see any, i am totally panic :(

that writing company didn't provide me anything, it just a draft (and is a very crap draft!!) then end up I need to pay them 200USD ++ without getting anything!!

anyone can help me in claim back my money?? please :'(

My guess is they have a proof you are a cheat and fraud :} You're trying to scam a writing company?

If you're too chickens-i* to name the company, you don't deserve anyone's feedback or help.

Which company are you talking about? Can you name it? What actually happened before PP refused to go ahead with it? If you cannot answer these questions, please stop crying.

Sorry, but you were dumb enough to place an order with that ripoff site from Ukraine despite the fact that there are numerous warnings in this forum.

I posted in another thread: Paypal does not protect recipients whom the product is delivered to via email. No one agreed to what I said and some people even adjudged that a made-up story. Huh?

Actually, if you are selling an intangible product such as a writing service, consultations, online lessons, and other similar services, Paypal now has a 21 day payment hold policy. This is a ruling that they have put into effect for non-tangible items to ensure that there will not be any chargeback claims or disputes filed on the bill. So Paypal does have a non-tangible sale buyer protection policy in place as of now.

The 21 day hold policy only works for Paypal clients without a proven clean track record yet. Once you establish yourself within the system, the money releases earlier and the unique buyer protection policy for intangible objects is set into play.
