It's been 6yrs since my last post - paper writing experience

I can't believe it has been six years since I struggled with writing a stupid essay and had to get help for it.

I never thought this website would still be alive and I'm bit surprised!

Can see many forum users still active and it just feels weird for me to read those posts I posted years ago.

Paper DueAnyways, 6yrs ago I posted that I need a paper due and I don't have time for it because I had to work. Then I mentioned that

I found a new website which seemed to be weird and some users gave me heads up on my concern.

So as a little update on what happened afterwards..

I paid like 300USD ( I can't remember exactly something around that) for a 3000 word essay to a website and

received a B- which was pretty okay (a bit expensive I guess?)

I'm not too sure but I think this guy got kind of guilty...? or something I think he saw my posts and felt that he should be done

with me as soon as possible. Anyways, I did receive the paper from the guy but I didn't hand it in right away I had to edit everything

At least I didn't have to spend so much time on the research..I guess

Soooo.. to me in the end it seems like it is the best if you could write it yourself because you are not going to be satisfied

with someone else's writing and everyone has their own preferences = writing is a huge one

I think that from this experience I don't think I'll ever get anyone else to write my paper....never

I wonder what would have happened if you had failed your class / hadn't graduated... in retrospect, what other options (besides using an example research service to assist you with your assignment) did you have?

As with everything in life, you make choices. 6 years ago your best choice was to get outside help to meet your other goals. Otherwise, you'd lose other opportunities. Today you'd make a different decision, but there are decisions you make today that will appear unreasonable to you in a couple of years.

6 years have elapsed, and the post we get in return does not have much to offer. How sad!

@pd2a3z000753 While you may have had some pretty bad experiences with the writer that worked on your paper, it won't hurt for you to show some gratitude. Six years ago, you needed help in completing a paper. Nobody was going to help you for free. You found someone willing to make your problem go away for a fee. Granted that you did not get an A on the paper, you still have appreciated the fact that you did not have to bother with writing the paper yourself.

Without knowing the actual circumstances behind your need to hire a writer, I can only assume that the work that was done for you delivered a grade that helped you with your final grade in that class. Obviously, you did not fail the class even with the B- you got for the paid paper. So being so rude in your post is uncalled for. The writers here do their best to help the students get the work, that they were unable to complete for some reason, done on time. All for the benefit of the student. You come across as an ingrate at this point and I believe that none of the reputable writers here would help you with your paper even if you asked them to at a higher cost than usual because you don't know how to say "thanks for the help". Which, aside from the financial benefit of the job, is the other thing that the independent writers wish more students would tell them upon receiving the work and a decent grade to go with it.

This OP sounds like he was just out to reminisce but in actuality, he was warning the students about hiring writing services. Which is kind of defeated because, whether he admits it or not, the writer saved his neck that day. He would have been out of a grade if that writer had not stepped in to help him out. Regardless of the work that he had to do after, the fact that the writer did the hard work for him should never be ignored. This person exemplifies the client who does not have an ounce of gratitude in his body. You do something nice for him (granted he had to pay for the privilege) and he turns around and bites the writer's hand. With that kind of attitude, I really doubt this person managed to survive the adult world outside of the protected world of his university. Students need to show at least some gratitude to their academic writers. We save their grades after all. They don't fail when they should because we make sure there will never be a reason for them to fail.

I read it the same way. I really don't see the reason for the OP's post other than to fuss about the experience, which, from what I see, wasn't a bad experience overall.

Anyways, I did receive the paper from the guy but I didn't hand it in right away I had to edit everything

Editing is not uncommon and should be part of the process. Now, I'm not saying that a client should have to edit because of poor writing. What I am saying is that no matter how much information a writer receives from a client, it is not possible to write 100% like the client nor is it possible to get 100% of it exactly the way the client would. That is also presuming the client is a decent writer him/herself.

Overall, though, it seems that the writer was helpful to the OP thus negating the reason he/she would share the thoughts presented in the post. ;)

it is not possible to write 100% like the client nor is it possible to get 100% of it exactly the way the client would

This is a really important part of academic writing that writers should be mindful of. This is also the specific reason why clients and writers should definitely be able to communicate throughout the project. Ensuring that the delivery of the paper will be as close as possible to what the clients envisioned should also be prioritized by the writers, taking into account that they will be followed by the very end. I've also personally had a few clients who have straight-up told me that they would edit some parts of the paper on their own because it wasn't how they anticipated a certain portion to turn out. Once I've handed over the finished paper to the client, then they would have all of rights and opportunities to edit it as they see fit. This shouldn't be an issue either way for anyone in the situation.

Since the OP made his comment in 2015 and it is now 2020, one can say that the ES will never outlive its usefulness. The forum continues to be the best source of information regarding problematic writing companies, scam writing companies, scam writers, fraudulent transactions, and the like. All the while offering the students links to reliable writing companies and independent writers with impeccable services that are easily verified. There will always be fake writing services and con artist writers lurking in the dark. EssayScam will always bring their like to light and continue to be the guiding hand that the students need to safely complete their education.
