I would like to point out that Professor Verb has indeed delievered, although I did send out an email stating a spec and way I wanted the assignment writing.

The assignment wasn't written to this assignment example I gave and has been still written to the example that i provided before. I think perhaps this maybe as the writer hasn't seen this email or been made aware.

However I would like to eleborate my only reason for suspicion was due to the fact of the issue with the draft.
So far I'm happy with Professor Verb's services, but please note I was never saying you were a scammer, there is alot of money involved and therefore this was my reason for concern.

Here's some more info for the eportfolio.
I worked for the NHS as a team worker from 2009-2011.
My duties were dealing with prescriptions, inputting them into a NHS system so that doctors were paid the right amount.
This included remembering over 300 NHS codes ie: Paracetamol was the number 3.
Liasing with suppliers etc etc.
I also from 2009-2012 was a student doing a national diploma in travel and tourism. Where i gained city and guilds qualifications
in national geography and a NCFE in cabin crew.
In 2012- till now I have obviously stated my phD degree for travel and tourism management at Northampton University.
My aim is to work overseas for a few years, in Spain preferably. Then when I'm older at about 30 come back and work as a manager

for a tourism company like Thomas Cook etc.
In terms of volunteer work, I've actively been involved in revamping and rejuvenating the travel and tourism management phd module video which refelects the university of northampton. I was told they needed to be done by one of the lecturers and he felt it was outdated.

I therefore created a new one, which I have presented to the marketing team of the university.
Also since 2012 I have been working for the university as a youth mentor for the students union of northampton part time.
This included teaching students various topics, organisation skills and dealing with young people.
In August this year i am also doing work for the Ibiza tourism board and have been offered a paid role to go there and conduct research for the board on how tourism has changed in ibiza since the 90s. The tourism board want to do this for research purposes to see what they can improve.

The Representative of Visit Peak District, Elena and Emma (Buxton's Local History Society Representative) both made some good points referring to the development of proposal number 1, Buxton Water Museum. It is important indeed to preserve Buxton as a historical spa town; the Opera House itself is an architectural heritage that contributes and improves the aesthetical appeal of the town.

The building first opened its doors on 1 June 1903 and for the next three decades it run as ''a successful and vibrant theatre'' (Buxton Opera House, 2013). From the 1930s until the 1970s it was used as a cinema and suffered a little altercation but in 1979 the Opera House was restored to its ''original splendour and an orchestra pit was added to the original Frank Matcham design, which had been unaltered since 1903'' (Buxton Online, 2013). In the late 1990s, further internal and external restoration work took place in order to secure its future and by 2001 it was completed. Ever since then the Opera House has become a success story and continues to attract famous names such as Patricia Routledge, Elvis Costello, Sarah Millican (Peak District Online, 2013).

Brand's (1994, p. 209) observation fits perfectly into the context ''a successful building has to be periodically challenged and refreshed, or it will turn into a beautiful corpse''.

In economic terms, Tam (Local Government Economic Officer) mentioned that a partnership between the Opera House and the Pump Room would not work as ''there is only funding for theatres and not attached buildings''.

In present times, Buxton Opera House receives core funding from High Peak Borough Council and Arts Council England (Buxton Opera House, 2012).
Arts Council England claims to invest in ''artistic and cultural experiences that enrich people's lives'' by supporting a range of activities across the arts, museums and libraries -''from theatre to digital art, reading to dance, music to literature, and crafts to collections'' (Arts Council England, 2013). I truly believe that it is possible to obtain funding from this organisation, as long as their requirements are being accomplished and the new business supports the arts, which is in this case a museum and a wine bar enhanced by acoustic music. £1.4 billion from government and £1 billion from the National Lottery will be invested between 2011 and 2015 to support the arts and cultural sector (Arts Council England, 2013).

The recession and the new planning regulations have all had an impact on the way we look at sustainability today, and the bottom line is no longer considered in economic terms; it also includes social and environmental factors. It is about the triple bottom line proposed by ''sustainability guru'' John Elkington (Savitz, 2006, p. 7).

The Arts Council England is also the first arts funding body in the world to embed environmental sustainability into its major funding programmes (Arts Council England, 2013). And they do this by asking all the organisations to record their energy and water consumption, and to have Environmental Action Plans Policies.

As far as the social factor is regarded, the local citizen of Buxton represented by Archie Hope has expressed the need to preserve the cultural heritage of the town, being in favour of developing a museum. But as Hall (2002, p. 229) states, ''over time, communities develop a complex web of perceptions and attitudes as to what is appropriate and compatible with 'their' space, which may be substantially affected by tourism development''. Buxton is very well-known by its historical background and spa but it has to become able to tap into specific sectors, ensure a diverse visitor profile by embracing overnight trips, entertainment, wining and dining (Human, 2008).

Therefore, I find the Proposal number 3 which will combine both the Buxton Water Museum and the Wine Bar as being the most adequate. This will only bring a wider range of tourists to the town, create more jobs for the locals as well as great opportunities for students to experience real life tourism and hospitality industry.

Previous comments have argued that there are many other establishments in the area, including the Old Clubhouse and The Old Courthouse and that there is no need for another Wine Bar. Citing Emma (Buxton's Local History Society Representative) ''we need something that's different and will overall compliment the town's history'', I have to mention that this is exactly what the proposal number 3 aims to create. On one hand, the museum will most certainly attract tourists interested in the history of the town, and it will enrich the cultural heritage of Buxton and, on the other hand, people are becoming more and more concerned for the environment. Creating an eco-friendly wine bar, specialized in organic and natural wines all produced in eco-conscious wineries would attract tourists with specific interests. Affordable tastings of sustainable elixirs would represent a completely new service in the area. Also the findings provided by Karolina(Town Council Representative) have shown that Buxton's residents are mostly represented by middle aged or old, well educated and wealthy people who also very likely to be theatre goers and enjoy quality wine.

Congrats, PV! Glad to see justice has been served. Still, the whole thing continues to be troubling. While I applaud PayPal for doing the right thing, I wish they had explained why they felt it necessary to return the funds to the buyer in the first place, and what process of due diligence there was in coming to that decision. In the same vein, apart from you not willing to let the matter go (and kudos for that), what made them reverse the decision? The whole thing seems very arbitrary.

I wrote to every email address I could find for PayPal (there are some Web sites with these "secret" addresses) and everyone except for Adam gave me the same song and dance about seller protection not applying to intangible materials even though the buyer acknowledged receipt by emails and publicly (in here). I found it troubling as well, but at the end of the day, I got paid and that's what counts. This was a real nightmare for sure and I hope it doesn't happen to any other writers.

Glad you got it reversed, PV. Unfortunately, it sounds like PayPal is taking the hit and letting him get away with another $800 score. I've been approached by several of these rip-off artists. They pretend to be students but offer me work at a very specific price (which is not how customers typically inquire about work) or they give me very detailed specs for a paper along with research materials and they ask for a specific delivery date and respond to my price quote with "OK! Payment is on the way!" or something like that. No payment is ever received and then shortly before the due date, they contact me asking for an "update" on their project, probably just hoping that I forgot to check for payment or that I'll scramble to schedule it thinking I forgot about a project I owe them. When I respond that I have nothing scheduled for them because they never paid me, they usually respond along the lines of "If you just do this one project for me on trust and your work is good, I promise that I'll pay in advance for many future projects...do we have a deal?" That's when I block their email address.

At least I saved my $30,000 on the hit fee.

Hmm I see friend. Well he sent me alot of email from Kent IPs. So I don't believe he goes to Derby University as I hoped he did but a email from a lecturer there confirmed he doesn't and the work not submitted there. I try northampton they tell me same. As the representative for the University, I believe that the most realiable of the plans would be the one which includes both the museum and the bar/cafe. This would mean that we could work together with the developers in offering job opportunities and work experience for our University students but also students attending the College within the University. This would enable the Students to gain valuable experience in a popular industry and allow them to work in a similiar environment which would benefit both their studies and their career in the future.

This plan would also benefit the tourist trade that the University of Northampton provides for Buxton. The University of Derby there is awful but provides tourism for the area as it offers tours of the main attraction which is the Dome. The new addition would mean that tourists visiting the Dome would also be able to visit the water museum but with the BETTER reputation of Northampton University and it's finances. This would bring extra income into the community but also benefit the University due to the fact that the building is owned by the university and would increase the reputation of the University. The Bar/Cafe would also benefit the Tourism industry as it would give tourists a reason to stay longer in the community and increase the tourism.
