Melissa has been reported for libel and the relevant evidence disproving the claims made in her post as PHD has, of course, been provided. That is in addition to the report filed with the NSW Police.
In numerous posts here, Melissa has repeatedly claimed that the Trading Standards has been contacted and is after me and the company; she has, on numerous occasions, both here and in emails to several people, claimed that the Australian Federal Police were after me; at one point she even claimed that Google, Hotmail and GoDaddy were after me because I had hacked into her email accounts. Not once has she been able to provide any supporting evidence. When I say that the police have been contacted, I provide the relevant evidence. Why can't she?
Furthermore, why is it that her sites were cancelled while ours are still online?
Why is it that her lawyer, Damin, withdrew from her representation?
Why can't Melissa provide any evidence for her claims against me and the company?
Her accusations have often bordered on the fantastical. When found to have STOLEN the webcopies of several companies in the industry, Melissa claimed that I had hacked in her server, uploaded the stolen webcopies and designs to her websites and even went so far as to market her sites - all that just to get her in trouble. Of course, she came up with that story AFTER her argument that `her websites were in design mode and therefore, not active so nobody could accuse her of copyright theft.' Or, how about when she claimed that her programmers did it behind her back? Everyone is responsible except her. This is truly disturbing.
During her service with the company, Melissa was found to be less than honest. Upon being confronted, she claimed that she could not talk about it as she was `dying.' Whenever confronted about anything, she would feign illness, threaten to commit suicide or (this tops it all), could not speak as she had throat cancer.
Her posts (under 18 different usernames) are very the disturbing rantings of a highly disturbed individual.
She failed in her business; her sites are offline.
Since May 2009, ever since she was terminated, she has been stalking me and any of my business partners.
She is 24 years old and upon the cancellation of her sites, we had considered discontinuing further civil and criminal proceedings against her - we did not want to destroy whatever future she had before her. Unfortunately, she has given us no choice. The magnitude of her lies is overwhelming and can only be dealt with in a court of law.

Following a review of the documents disproving the claims made by the thread starter (PHD), and the lies posted in the above and several other threads (under various usernames), the London Metropolitan Police called me back. They believe the actions of this individual to be extremely disturbing and potentially dangerous. Accordingly, in addition to the reference number for the original complaint, as supplied above, they have issued a second reference number: cad 04/08.
Were I not British and were I not a Londoner, would the London Metropolitan Police take down a report against an Australian citizen?
Melissa, quite unlike your hysterical claims that the media, the Trading Standards, the Australian Federal Police and the Companies House are all after me, I publicly supply the supporting evidence.
Where is your evidence?
You know very well just how much evidence against you I have not revealed to any. Do you want it all out in the open?
What is currently out in the open and known to most all is this:
1) While you have repeatedly denied having received any funds from the Best Academic Research Paper Ltd., third party evidence (fund transfer documents) establish that you received close to $40,000. You were instructed to pay out certain amounts for our purchases, etc. You only accounted for less than half of that sum. It was later discovered that
a) the electronic receipts you submitted were `fudged'
b) you instructed Thrive Marketing to design ads for Priority Essays and to charge Best Academic Research Paper Ltd. When Calen asked you, you said that Priority Essays and Post my essay were Best Academic Research Paper' sites.
2) While with the company, you had access to all our email accounts, etc., including several of my personal accounts. We will refrain from clarifying the nature of the misuse here as you do not, as yet, know how much it is that we know
3) You opened an Aca Demon account and used it to sell essays which belonged to Best Academic Research Paper Ltd and were created for their use as samples. Aca demon was, of course, informed and the email exchanges and all the relevant evidence is available.
4) On your Mel188 Essay bay showcase, you posted sample essays which you illegally took from Best Academic Research Paper Ltd
5) While with the company (as far back as in October 2008) you began the development of your own sites, in direct violation of any and all agreements between them. Your actions rendered all such agreements null and void and, in addition, left you very vulnerable to legal action
6) You developed your sites using the programming created for The Best Academic Research Paper Network and when confronted, repeatedly denied it. You later claimed that you did not know it was copyrighted!
7) You had a programmer enter into our hosting account and godaddy.com and create your sites there. The files are available on godaddy (priority essay files) and the programmer has provided all the relevant evidence against you
8) On multiple occasions, from October to May, you repeatedly lied about operating any competing sites. You, finally, admitted it and claimed that you had shut them down and wanted to continue to work with the company. You were told that if you want to leave, that was your prerogative and that we had no problems with your operating a competing network as long as you were honest with us. Unfortunately, you were not and, accordingly, were terminated in May 2009.
9) in promotional articles, widely available throughout the internet, you marketed essays' quality of service in a very dishonest manner. Apart from claiming that you had 10 years of experience in the industry, that your company was 10 years old and that you had a graduate degree, you posted our research material and claimed that it was written by priority essay writers.
Since May, 2009, you have orchestrated a campaign of defamation against me and Best Academic Research Paper Ltd. We took legal action and your lawyer, ultimately, withdrew from your representation.
In this blog post, as well as others (not to mention posts on this forum), you have repeatedly asked people to contact your lawyer in order to find out the truth about the claims being made against you. Strangely enough, you never gave out your lawyer's contact information. I will correct that oversight:

I have no problems whatsoever in any contacting your former legal representative to find out the truth behind your actions.
As you can see, Melissa, I have hardly touched upon the totality of your actions or the reasons why we are pursuing you both in criminal and civil courts. Should you want to pursue this in public, please be warned that we will expose the full magnitude of your actions.
I had a very interesting phone conversation with your former boss at Reed Business, Melissa. He told me to pass the information along:
You are not a Sales Executive at Reed Business any longer and were
terminated within two weeks of your employment. They have absolutely nothing to do with you and do not want any association at all with you. According to your former boss, you were highly ineffective and
they found out that you were spending most of your time on an ESSAY FORUM, blogging and posting. He said, and I quote, "we have nothing to do with her any more and do not want anything to do with her."
You, Melissa, were fired from Reed, TERMINATED for lack of performance and questionable work ethics. Sounds familiar, doesn''t it? We terminated you for much the same reason.
I wonder what Essay Forum he was referring to. Any ideas, Melissa? It couldn't be this one, could it?! Yes, it is!
You should never, ever have attempted to libel and defame either me or the company, Melissa. We knew you were out there and could have well added ourselves to the DND list to avoid sordid posts like yours. Do you know why we did not and why we will not? Simply because we have nothing to hide.
It appears that your termination from Reed drove you right off the edge - you were always teetering but you have now fallen straight off.
Are you now going to tell yourself, as you did when we terminated you, that your being fired was nothing other than an expression of envy - envy of your youth, your potential and your extremely bright future?
I distinctly recall your having said much the same thing when you were terminated from your work as a hostess at a bar :)

I know that you are praying for us to fail; you cannot tolerate the notion of our succeeding without you. Well, guess what? We are succeeding. Just over a year old and we have successfully completed more than 1000 orders AND we do not advertise ... all referrals, Melissa. Pity that you don't know this - but hard, honest work pays off.
