Personal writer can by better than writing companies because they depend on word of mouth publicity and therefore are more diligent in their work. But it is a risk you have to take both for independent writer or company.

Only two or three companies are genuine and that also depends on the type of essay or project you are giving and the time frame. Sites charging very low obviously won't be giving quality work

I think everyone should take full payment even before starting the essay otherwise many people would not give you the money.
