I was also scammed by the above website. They actually operate under more than one name (assignmentpedia is one of them). A chat representative named "Amy" will take your queries on the website. My nightmare started with the assignmentpedia website. I was approaching the deadline for a project and just needed help modifying code, so sent my files. This project was the second project, which I sent at 11pm.

All of a sudden, there is some "confusion" among the representatives at 7:30 the next morning whether the project is the first or the second project, and I was sent code for the first project, which I had already submitted more than 2 weeks ago! I already had paid the fee, but got a project I didn't even need, while still needing to make my deadline. So I made a separate transaction on another website, programming assignment help.

The chatbot there was also named "Amy", but "Amy" made no indication that she was the same person who wrongly took my money on the previous website, until I had shelled out a separate fee for the project. Then, she withheld the project I had PAID FOR because I had filed a dispute on paypal for the project I WRONGLY received through assignmentpedia, which did not meet my expectations and was not at all what I sent in the spec. Obviously someone didn't have an idea about the fact that these were SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS on different websites that don't have any bearing on one another (or they did, and just wanted to strongarm their client). Aside from this, "Amy" was unprofessional, and rude. Some barbs she threw during our conversation: "Are you nuts?", "You're disgusting. All this over 60 dollars", "Do you know English?".

I find that the ones who are really disgusting and blackhearted are people like "Amy", who don't understand the value of a student's hard-earned money and who use these underhanded tactics to extort, blackmail, and defraud their clients. If I had the chance, I would pose this question to people like her and the other staff at assignmentpedia and programming helpers: "What is 60 dollars to you so that you can disregard morality, degrade others, and fight tooth and nail to attain it if you haven't earned it in full right?".

There is something really fishy about a business that feels like it needs to use more than one website to lure its clients. Buyer beware! Please don't use this website. There are several more trustworthy websites out there willing to help out without conning, threatening, and dehumanizing their customers.

* EDIT: This is something I thought would be helpful to add to my post, but I'm not able to access the edit button on my post for some reason. The Phone Number given does NOT forward to the USA. When I asked "Amy" if I could talk with someone on the phone, she said explicitly that there is no means of phone communication. When I tried the "USA" number on the website, it forwarded to someone in India who did not understand what I was saying and repeatedly said "hello". So a significant flaw for the company in my book is not having transparent and accessible communication as it purports to. This communication system gives inordinate power to a single chat representative who is often boorish, unprofessional, and acts in a thuggish manner to intimidate her clients and quickly closes down any means of communication when any concerns or disputes arise from customers.

Recommendations for affordable, reputable help on Programming Assignments?

Hey guys. I see a paucity of posts on reputable providers of programming help, and I could not see anything on EssayDirectory about this, since it seems to be an essay oriented website. This site seems essay oriented also, but I would like to try my luck here.

I would like to know of any recommendations of reputable and good websites which can help with c++ programming assignments at a reasonable cost. Please make no mention of assignmentpedia or programming assignment help or their affiliates to me, since I have had bad experiences with these two. I have one or two good websites in my belt right now, but would love to hear any input you guys have, since my affordability level is not very high. Ideally, I would like to know about websites with good customer service, timely and accurate programming, and transparent communication channels since these characteristics are very important to me.

Please let me know.

EDIT:

Sorry. Please disregard this post. I just read the TOS and forum post about recommendations not being allowed on this site, for good reason, now that I think about it. I will post this type of post in an alternative avenue.

OP, if you paid through paypal or some other means, then raise a dispute on paypal. Otherwise, if there are unauthorized charges on your account, then call your bank and dispute those charges as well, providing them the documentation of blackmail and extortion of your money by the service. If the blackmail is severe enough and you have documentation of it, I would lodge a complaint for this website for fraud with your respective governmental entity. Outfits that scam such as this rarely have the legal/monetary clout to lend support to their blackmail claims, but I would do my research about the company first to make sure I was well informed.
