An essay writer is threatening me

What happened is that an essay writer failed to send me an essay, so I contacted my credit card company so they could work with paypal to get my money back.

Now there is a chargeback case opened with paypal.

The essay writer emailed me this morning after I received the email from paypal.

They said: I'll be contacting your school, dean and professor and seeking an injunction to kick you out of school.

I emailed them saying: I didn't do anything. I never handed in any paper. You don't even know me. You don't know what school I go to or what course I was writing a paper for. You are a scammer and everything about you is fake.

They replied back with: "I will call the police and your school I will mail you your essay as this is what paypal wants or I will get my friend to deliver the essay to your home. :-)"

Can someone please help me fully understand this situation.
