thanks for this... by being pushy I meant, I like to ask many things regarding the terms and condition.

Everyone promises highest of everything in live support chat, but once you ask for any kind of confirmation then all of a sudden replies become more vague.

All I want is some sort of proof, that I will get what I pay for, as the support said once I pay there is no money back in case if I'm not happy with the writer, but can only have another writer assigned. That just puts me off as we all know it is not easy to give to a company a monthly paycheck and they cannot confirm anything.

I submitted an order (which is basically 2 and was told my writer would be Kimberly and that she is highly skilled. When I asked for some sort of proof again they cannot provide until I pay, but I cannot get money back once a writer is assigned ?

So Major as you are a valid user of this page (according to your start and posts) do you have any suggestions for any writers or companies, please :)?

Major to make it clear... I'm was happy to pay within my budget which that offer was $1875 which is £1500, but all I wanted was any kind of guarantee for this...

What do you think would it be better to have a different approach? I have no experience with services like that, hence why I'm being careful:/

Like I said I have no issue paying the full amount, but what is the guarantee that I will really get an experienced writer that is adequate for my topic.. that is what I wanted to get from them.

Anyway I think I'll just do what I always do... write it on my own and ask for proofreading... too much time lost trying to find an appropriate company to help out with this.

Regarding freelancers everything I checked they are out of my budget, so s**t happens :/
