Hi, I had given an assignment to write in the UK now he is telling me to send money for copywrites or else he will go to the university, but he knows my name and my supervisor's name but he doesn't know my uni ID

Is it possible to contact them even after I have submitted the paper? and by only knowing the name?
Also, he doesn't know my mail ID
Please help me what to do.

Will it be a problem because I have submitted and if we search my supervisor name we can find his details and his mail ID

My results are out and I have passed in dissertation, but I got a call from him saying that he can still mail the university, will that be an issue

Even though I've blocked him he is trying contacting me
Don't know what to do
