Essay Services / Oxbridge Writers - Help / Advice Needed [11]

Hi,

I'm currently having problems with Oxbridge writers and after 20+ e-mail correspondence with them, I'm getting nowhere.

I paid for an upper first class piece, 2500 words for a deadline over 10 days ago. I received the piece 2 days late, and when it arrived it was of poor grammar, areas didn't make sense, weren't correctly referenced and worst of all, it was of no more than a 2:1 standard. I requested ammendments, but as of yet, 10 days on, I'm still playing e-mail tennis with their quality control teams, have no work, and am almost £950 worse off!

I only chose to use this company as it appeared to have very little negative feedback from customers (or so I thought anyway) on this forum and Jennifer AA always seemed happy to help resolve issues. Maybe she could try to help resolve this situation?

Any advice would be greatfully received as I'm new to all this!

Hi,

Thanks for that link, I had read it prior to ordering from them, but from what JenniferAA says, it appears that she is saying they are not all the same company. However, searching UKessays threads it appears that they are.

It is really shocking, I don't see why if its not upto standard they just refuse to pay the writer? Then at least the only person loosing out is the writer, who would only have themselves to blame!

Is there anything I can do, am I likely to get anything back to compensate the delays they have caused?
