I was able to upload all my class reviews and articles, so the writer wouldn't have to hunt down the books. I was so nervous, because 7 hours went by and no one had been assigned to my order, then I received a request to extend my deadline, but luckily a writer had just picked it up and a few hours later (1 hour before the deadline) I got 7 (not 6) fantastic pages of essay answers to the questions I sent. On top of that, one of the articles I sent was written by my professor, and the writer did a very good critique, so I know that it wasn't plagiarized, but they are still going to send a plagiarism report. I'm glad my experience was not like yours, and will try to get the same writer I had in the future. My only complaint was the expense, but I did order on a 12 hour rush. I also ordered the VIP customer service and a premium quality writer but I'm not sure how different it is from the regular support and writing level. My article certainly looked like it was written by a graduate in my degree field, because not only did they answer the essay questions, but they critiqued the theories of all the writer's articles and reviews I had uploaded.
