I had the exact same problem. They first sent me complete plagerised crap which was not even related to the topic I asked them to do. I requested revision and they sent the same crap again, then i found this site and relised they are scams. I paid £252, I tried everything you did,no answer. Finally one of my emails was replied back to. I went on chat again and asked for my refund, it was a long and painful negotiation and finally they agreed to give back £210 which I recieved. This was after threatening to report their company to Police and having full investigation into it and calling the dispute team.
