Good day People,

Please i really need advice on what to do
On the 18th of april 2011, i ordered a piece of work from Imperial essays and was assigned a writer, the amount agreed was 183pounds which i readily paid via Llyods bank and the writer started off on my work, fast forward to 2weeks later..i received the work and readily had to go submit it to my school, i couldnt even have time to proof read or really check it because at that period i had 4 other coursework to do and the work load was much on me hence the reason why i decided to settle down with imperial..

Anyway about 2weeks after submission, my school rang me and asked me to go see someone who is in charge of exams malpratice that my work was 84% plagerised, i was shocked and startled ( I couldnt believe it ) the 4 other piece of coursework were okay but that one piece of work from imperial was held back as it was seriously plagerised, there were no quotation marks and there it was heavy direct copy paste off the internet from just two Journals, my world crunmbled and i was asked to face a panel which of course i did and couldnt tell them the truth behind what happened,

Now since May 18th when i got that report, i have been asking Imperial to get back to me with a refund for my money since they have receieved print screen shots of the turnitin report as well as letters from my school inviting me to come face a panel just to prove that i really faced that set back and they have refused giving me back my money..please can someone who works with imperial essays around here kindly ask them to give me back my money ( so i could take down this post ) or rather would someone advice me on what to do to get back my money because since that issue began, they have been sending me emails saying they scanned the work with Viper and it was 1% plagerised where as my school used turnitin and it was 84% plagerised, what use would that piece of work be to me if my school rejected it.

Does that mean i have lost my money and have lost my work, I intend going from forum to forum with this report to put them out of business and spread word about their decieptful services..

Please people find attached to this message print screen shots of my turnitin report as well as the mail received from them when they assigned me a writer, sorry its not that clear as i had to use print screen shots then imported it to microsoft paint just to take off my names and details before sending it to Ms office and saving it.

I need advice on what to do because i even borrowed that money to pay for this same work that has landed me in trouble, now i have lost the money, the paper and havent even paid back what i owe people just because of imperial essays on their website they claim a money back guarantee ( imperialessays.co.uk/page.php?page=5)

Please i need help on how to get my money back.

I have emailed them my account details, sent them print screen shots and yet they have refused giving me back my money.

I hope to hear responses on this issue

84% plagerised, they have refused to refund me my money and they wont respond to my mails any more, please sorry for the pic not to visable..i had to edit my name off it on MS paint and as such it tampered the visibility but u can save it and zoom into it to get a clearer picture of it, i need advices on what to do to get my money back

How weak are you hiding behind a username while naming the company that took your money? I bet you will go into politics or the Church.

You made absolute sense till you got to the part of whining, I dont have to tell u personal details of my life, but when you find alot of work load as well as Jobs as well, then you surely would understand. the work sent to imperial essays was simply the easiest of all 5 other piece of work handed out to me. I had to plan out time for 4 others not to mention the depressing nature of my work, I got the work on time and check it - and it looked good on paper not knowing Imperial are not good piece of sons of b||tches did a direct copy paste - if you know nothing to write bout, then kindly shut your no good piece of punk arse up -

my tale here is to advice others that imperial essays are scams - they dont give refunds and they certainly give out plagiarized work

I sent them that mail already and i sincerely think they have seen this, Hell i might as well forget about the money paid but Imperial essays are NO RELIABLE and they are a complete Jerk and rip off.

Can i make complaints through the bank which i paid the money to.

But the funny thing is, they no longer respond to my mails or calls again - How can a company, a registered company act so funny - can a scam get any bigger than this- they dont even seem to care

This is pathetic - God help the unfortunate existing customers within their grip, funny enough a friend rang me today and asked me for any writing companies because shes getting married next weekend and said she researched 3 companies

I had a long laugh and told her, if she knows whats good for her marriage she shouldnt go a 1000miles close to imperial and gave her my experience
