According to the three members of this forum (ie. allegedly the agents of a 'legitimate American company') a company is NOT a scam when:

Verified Essay Company1. Company hires ESL writers, claiming otherwise on their Employment page and other pages and is misleading visitors into believing they only hire native English speakers. At the same time, Company doesn't give clients a choice not to work with an ESL writer like many other legitimate companies do on an order form (I know I'm shooting myself in the foot with the statement about ESL writers, see below why, but this argument has been a source of many fights here so I had to refer to it).

2. Company falsely claims it only hires writers with at least Master's degree (when in fact they welcome any writer with a general college degree).

They claim it is NOT scam only because their own company has been caught doing that. It is astonishing considering the fact most clients would consider these practices as being misleading/dishonest/deceptive. Thoughts?

PS. Before anyone points out my language mistakes, I'm an ESL writer. I posted here a couple of years ago but forgot my password and the email I used is no longer valid. I have writing accounts with a couple of companies (not with the "legitimate" one because $10-$12 per page they offer for new writers is not worth my time). But I know another writer who has an account with them. I've been reading this forum on and off and noticed how deceptive, arrogant, and full of themselves the agents of the "legitimate American company" (WritersBeware, Pheelyks, FreelanceWriter) tend to be.

If you are the ones representing the culture of the organization, I am speechless. You need to grow up and realize few people buy your twisted arguments and arrogant comments.

[quote-pheelyks]It's funny, because we don't bring up the fact that we work for any company. You do that for us. [/quote]
First sentence and false statement. But it is not surprising. Anyway, I don't have time arguing with someone who is lying straight-faced. You may refer to the (lack of) integrity of the organization I mentioned above. Good bye.

Don't dodge the questions. If you want to contribute in this thread, refer to my points #1 and #2 above. Good bye.

The culture of the organization speaks for itself.

The following statements (taken from: *********.com/employment.html) have been proven to be false and they deliberately mislead clients into placing an order. Instead of picking on my mother, think about a potential class action lawsuit.

Good bye.

WritersBeware is a clueless idiot.

1. The page is posted publically for all visitors. That means all visitors who visit the page (including potential clients) are intentionally and dishonestly fooled because the company lies about their REAL hiring procedures. It claims it only hires writers with Master's degrees but in fact it does not. It claims it only works with US/Canada/UK/Australia based writers, but this is another lie. When a company posts LIES on the page it should assume the page can also be visited by people who spot the lie.

2. The "intentions" are just propaganda of lies and deception.

3. The decline of a writer? What is this? Do you mean that a writer who supposedly has a Master's degree today "declines" into a writer with a College degree tomorrow? You take me and other writers for a fool?
