General rule of thumb, if its too good to be true then it is. For example - ridiculously low priced services indicate that the company are likely to be using ESL writers. In saying that, that doesn't necessarily mean paying over the odds will be any better, although you would hope that these companies would have a better recruitment process as well as better rates to attract UK academic talent.
