you didn't point out any misunderstanding you attacked me and called me iffy customer, and accused me of ulterior motives. So I wonder where is the pointing

why would I have ulterior motives, this is beyond me.

By the way do you write essays???
How much do you charge for a 5 page paper in 1 day delivery?

I never complained about my first order because I knew it was hard. the writer was very nice and cooperative with me, 1000% better than customer service.

you keep missing my point, my complain is about the attitude and lack of professional training in this company.

And I can judge anyone I want. This is part of what we call customer satisfaction; I don't want to waste my time to teach some business sense. It seems you are taking this very personally!! Are you one of their customer reps...?

Um, their response doesn't seem vengeful. Clearly, you are just an unreasonable, rude person. I wouldn't want your business, either

Customer is right and businesses must adjust to their needs and wants. I guess this is the beginning of an end

Please explain to me how I am unreasonable...all I am asking that they answer the phone, which they never do, even if you leave a message. And then take up to 24 to respond to e-mail requests, sometime they ignore unless you annoy them.

Plus they shouldn't be giving you my information, this is customer confidentiality.

I like the writing skills its not great it is good, I hope they will take my complain into consideration, or at least outsource the customer service.

I am not an iffy customer, I am just dissatisfied with their customer service, I have nothing against the writers or the papers.

you missed the point, read again and use your eyes this time, don't assume what you want.

They have canceled my order, because I complained about their customer service.
That is Pure revenge and to show that they are "iffy" and need to adjust their attitude. They are not professional they act on emotions. Even though I never said anything about the quality or writers or delivery time, all I am complaining about, is that they need to update customers with delay's from beginning.

I guess they don't like complains and they think they are perfect. Oh well I am a victim in this case and I really needed that paper. I guess they want me to beg for their forgiveness. They should be taking my complain as an advantage to advance their customer service.

this is the e-mail they sent me:

" Hello, We have been alerted to your complaints about our service at Essayscam.org. If you were unhappy with our service after we completed your first order, why did you place a new order for an equally difficult topic? Now you have posted a complaint about the new order well before it is even due to be delivered to you. That is both unfair and unreasonable. You received multiple emails that detail your order's specifications and due date. It is apparent that you will not be satisfied, no matter what we do to meet your needs. Therefore, I instructed the billing department to cancel your order and refund your payment. "

Legitimate Dissertations is another company that has an average writing skills, but with very very poor customer service responses. They have a phone that no one answers, you have to leave a message, and of course no one will call back. So you use the e-mail, and that takes a day for them to respond and sometimes they don't at all; you have to be very persistent and annoying so they acknowledge you. And they will respond with an iffy attitude.

Other companies might not have the quality but they sure have the customer service and fast responds and updates. I have used many different essay companies and so far I haven't found a complete perfect satisfactory company. Every company lacks something, and Legitimate Dissertation is one of them. I really don't know why Legitimate Dissertations don't just update my order and tell me when it will be delivered. After you make the order they don't confirm any due dates with you or even mention it. This is a very scary situation especially if you are on a deadline. Plus they don't tell you the pages or confirm it, so if I forgotten the number, I have to rely on their honesty.

My first project with them was delivered 1 week after the due date I requested, well my project was hard, but still they should confirm that with me at the beginning.

Now I have another paper with them, I hope it will be delivered on time since they don't update me or respond to me. I will flip if they tell me by the due date that they CAN'T deliver it on time, because I am already asking them to tell me and talk to the writers to estimate the project from now and don't wait till the last minute and surprise me.

If they do it to me and screw me, they are no different than the other scams out there.

Well, I just requested a paper from ******, and I will see for myself if they are another un-reliable company or not. I personally don't care where the writers are from; even if they are from the moon I don't care. As long as I have good quality paper not plagiarized and on time I will accept it.

The Issue with superiorpaper, they don't value customers and are chewing more than they can handle. Right now they asked me for another extension. This is the 4th extension they asked for. They gave me insulting excuses such as the writer suddenly got sick and the system is down or they are having problems with the system. BS

They wait until the dead line and then ask for an extension, what kind of quality BS service is this. They should know if they can deliver the paper from the first date. But waiting and screwing all my plans, is very unprofessional way to handle their business.

I even asked them or should I say begged them to send me anything even if the paper is not done, they keep stalling me and promise me that the paper is almost done, they completely miss the point that I don't want the complete paper anymore, I want whatever is done and I will be satisfied. So I am at their mercy right now, and I will never deal with them again. And I am glad that I came across such a forum to check on unprofessional and un-reliable companies.

P.S I paid $300 dollars for my paper, and this is why I am frustrated. If it was $ 30 or even $100 I wont care as much.

Hello everyone,

I am another disappointed customer, and won't be the last for sure.

Disappointed StudentsAnyways,

Don't trust this site on your papers at all, they are not reliable and will give you hardship and poor quality papers.

I placed an order Two weeks ago,, At the deadline, they come back and ask me for an extension, because of my good heart I gave them another extension for another 7 days like they requested. And at the second deadline, after 14 days on the paper, I call them and ask for an update on my paper.

I was shocked and frustrated; with complete disregard to any human emotions they tell me the writer JUST STARTED WORKING ON THE PAPER; and asked me for a third extension. WTF, you become forced to be in their cyclone, you can't leave because you already invested too much time with them, and won't be able to go to another essay company because of time constraints.....so you don't have a choice and just hope they finish the paper.

People be careful, if you want to use this company do it at least 60 days before the due date. And I personally advise against that, just don't even bother with them.
