Ivory Research for Engineering dissertation?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any previous experience with this company. A friend of mine (who is ESL but a distinction level student) worked for them a while back, for a few months, and he told me that for Business and other theoretical subjects they are probably OK but he had no idea about their Engineering writers. So, if anybody had any experience with them fire away. Cheers!
