You said it yourself, "Amongst them 5-6 stood apart...My students refused to change much." Refusing to change much does not make them "inept at mastering foreign languages". Do you speak another language? Can you speak Chinese with no accent? I doubt it. Besides, I am sure you heard of the concept of critical age in language acquisition. Maybe your students already gave their best, but it is immensly difficult to change your accent once passed critical age.

There are more than 1.3 billion Chinese in the world, 5 times the population of the US . Having taught a handful of them and you jumped to the conclusion that "all Chinese are inept at mastering foreign languages", doesn't that make you look ignorant?

I honestly want to know that if I am at fault. I still think that I was treated wrong. I just want an unbiased view. I really want to know if it's me being biased or what. I showed my post and emails correspondence to all my peers and they don't seem to think that I am at fault. Of course, they may be biased.

Is it that malicious or wrong to post a comment asking if anyone has dealt with a company that hasn't replied in 24 hours and being mad after receiving a rude email from them saying that they could return a favor if I ever complain about them not replying again?

I never posted something false. I merely asked about a company that has not replied in 24 hours and then posting the second post (you can ask Elizabeth for exactly what I posted for evaluation purposes) because I was mad at how they responded.

I only made 2 posts!

You have read all the email correspondences, you should know best. I guess you honestly think I over-reacted. Then may I wish with all my heart that this does not happen to you and if it does, I am sure you will not be upset by it at all.

May I say that this is only your personal opinion. If I placed an order for something, I would expect it to be delivered to me by the due date instead of cancelling on me the last minute.

Besides, this company is supposed to be legit, so why would I expect them to "deliver whatever just to take the money and run".

I think you just overreact in this case.

If you were counting on something or somebody for something very important to you to be completed by some time and they suddenly canceled on you, may I ask whether you would have reacted the same way?

I thought it is okay to post contents of emails or letters on this forum because in other threads, I have seen that the moderator posted a letter of a company with names crossed out. I thought it is okay as long as I don't reveal the name of the company.

Pertaining to Major's comment, I may be wrong and this may have been unethical or even unlawful.

If the moderator of this forum thinks that posting email content is unethical or unlawful, please feel free to remove them.

How and when did I offer to "libel" them to anyone who contacts me? I merely said I will provide the name of the company.

Am I libeling a restaurant if I criticize the taste of their food openly on a forum and said I will provide the name of the restaurant for whoever contacts me?

I am no law student so enlighten me. You must understand the legal definition of libel for you to say it out so loudly.

I admit that it is my mistake for not reading the forum's TOS and privacy policy. At least I admit to my mistakes. But admitting to my mistakes doesn't mean you have to keep dissing me.

I honestly don't understand your reasoning, why is it opening my own blog to post this is asking for trouble. I thought anyone could post anything in their blogs. Of course, I may be wrong.

They don't allow anonymous postings (just like this site) -- before posting a message you must provide username + email address. I'm not sure where you took the "anonymous account" from.

If you go to that website, you can sign up for an anonymous account.

The email address I provided to them is not my personal email address, it is a different email address.

So please enlighten me, how is it able for the company to match my username to my personal email address if all they have is my other email address?

You got your money back and you still try to slander them...

Don't I have the right to complain about bad customer service? Correct me if I am wrong but I thought slander means a malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report. My comments may be malicious but how can it be qualified as a slander when what I said is not false?

Don't know if you are aware of the fact that posting personal emails on a public forum is considered unethical (if not unlawful).

I did not know this. This is my first few times using a forum. Thank you for informing me and I apologize for my actions.

Bad Customer Writing ServiceI placed an order from a legit writing company located in the US. I sent them my sources asking for confirmation. Since I did not hear from them in 24 hours (I have all my email records as proof), I posted online saying that they did not reply me in the last 24 hours and asked if anyone has dealt with that particular company before. About 15 mins later, the legit writing company wrote back TO MY PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS.

I have copies of my email requesting a confirm of the receipt of my sources. I also have the time of my email sent and when you replied my email. It was definitely over 24 hours. It is obvious who is at fault here. Although I cannot do anything to complain because of you alliance with an essay organization, it doesn't mean that we customers are stupid. Ultimately, we know which is a reliable company and know how to make choices. If you continue with this kind of business practice and customer service, I am sure we both know too well who will suffer in the end."

Then David threatens to cancel my order:

This experience shows us customer service is just as important as the legitimacy of the company. I will never order from that company again. Instead, these are a few companies which I have dealt with and have excellent customer service.

Elephantessays.com - Answers my call even at 3 am in the morning (the research quality is not the best though but we discuss customer service here).

Custompapers.com - Replied my emails in a professional and personal manner within hours.

I was bullied and threatened by a legit writing company. I do not want to expose any information yet because last time I complained, they found out and send more threatening emails to me. I want to know a safe way to expose them and my experience with them.

I am more than willing to email all the information to good-standing members here to verify my claims.

This is pretty expensive (but way cheaper than UKEssays) company but their writing is top-notch. I have ordered from them twice and the paper was very well written. They also have excellent customer service. They usually reply in a few hours.

Another website called customdissertation.com is also great. They have live help even at 3 am in the morning. I called them once at 3 am and there was still a guy named Andrew to help me with my order.
