OK, you don't trust the information about those companies. But what about the guide on how to choose a service? Don't you agree that it's pretty helpful for those who are going to order an essay for the first time?

I am not offering anything. I just found this site today and decided to share it with those who has never ordered a paper and wanted to know how to do it the safe way.

And I can now see why you're so against it. The site states that essay services have much more pros as opposed to individual writers. It promotes your competitors. I understand your reaction. And maybe I would act this way too. I am not saying that use of all essay services guarantees high quality. As we can see from the reviews of those companies, high quality of service is not always their strength. But you must agree that when dealing with an individual writer a student is not guaranteed financial security and the search of a good writer does take a lot of time. Yet some essay services do have pretty decent writers. So why not save time and order from them?

Sorry, I don't see any logic in your comment. How can I be directly employed for one of these companies and post a site that exposes them as scammers here? And the site is not in any way connected to those companies, nor does it advertise them. Have you even read the content?

Again, by "fancy" I meant trustworthy-looking and easy to navigate.


I agree with painting the fence once in a while - if the site looks too old, I wouldn't like to order anything on it, whether it's an essay or a book or a new pair of shoes.

As far as I know, Google likes fancy sites, and by fancy here I mean the ones that look trustworthy and intuitive to access. So if the team working on an essay site wants it to rank well in Google, they will try to do a good job with the design. This rule applies to all sites, not just essay services.

If the site looks good, this does not necessarily guarantee that the writers will do a good job with your paper. But you must agree that you'll be more likely to trust the service with a site that looks trustworthy and has a good navigation.

There are actually some common signs that can help you identify a fraudulent site. Among them:
- About us page is missing
- Grammar mistakes on the site
- Rates lower than $15 per page
- Poor design
- no address or fake address.

These are just a few of the signs.

I have used this one: contentwatch.com. But honestly the best plagiarism checker for me has always been Google. Just put whole phrases in quotes in Google search and look for exact matches. If there are none, then these words are original. Of course this only works for texts with 1000 words and less.
