dissertationexpert.org, scam or not?

I ordered a short essay from them a week ago; they let you choose which 'expert' you want to hire and I actually added money for the top one. Of course I received a piece of trash yesterday.

From my personal experience so far, I think they are scammers.

So does any one have any experiences with this site? Am I wrong?
