Hi, I have a very long question that I need help with as I am freaking out.
I reached out to this website to get my assignments written as my son was unwell. Initially they did a good job, a few delays. I paid for a distinction but only passed which is fine - I didn't say anything.

There were a few delays here and there but all good so I hired them for two more. By that time I received a grade for the previous one and I Failed one in the end which I complained about. They had stated it's a money back guarantee.

Anyway, the other two were paid for and promised that they'd be given back on time.
Now I have not used the new ones as I was provided with one which was terrible and the other one was just not given to me. However I have used their previous ones.

I asked for the refund. They provided another number, I messaged on it and was told to give my bank details for the refund. Later during the day I messaged them and asked them to let me know when the refund was made and I got a reply saying they had put it through and this was the exact message

I have uploaded all the information on Global database. Compliance team will be get in touch with the University for further verification. it will take 4 to 5 business.

I asked them why they needed to contact the uni and all.. so they're saying that to remove my name from the global database I need to pay 400£ more.

Secondly, they would contact my university.
I'm not worried about the new assignments as I have done them myself and not used theirs so they can't hold me accountable..

however I have used the previous ones.

What should be the next step?
I begged them not to contact the uni and not put me on the database.. I know I was stupid but I have never gotten it written before and this was my first time.

What should the next step be? Do I just stay quiet and stop contacting them? Do they actually contact the university?
