i had once ordered from masterspaper.. it was horrible but i think i am glad that i withdrew from them when i sensed something wrong!

they wanted me to send them my id ie passport or driver license copied/scanned to "verify" the cardholder! i was like, why do u need to verify the cardholder? i havent been asked for verification of id when purcahsed stuff online with my c/c. so, i wrote to the customer service n live chat and wanted them to cancel my order straight away!

they did, however, i got a call from sydney (02 area code) from a bad english female speaker saying that the id check can be waived, they only needed me to confirm my residential address. So i told her straight away, that no thanks, i do not want to deal with your company anymore!

Till now, i am still waiting on my refund!

i have got my essay done with them, they are brilliant! u can email the writer directly such and such! they are very reliable!

so far things going so far so good, their service is totally different from those stupid scam sites as well. u get writers email directly and u can just email the writer what ur requirement for the paper etc..

i ordered another essay and John Howard as the name and my phone no. not long later as i expected, a bad english male speaker rang me up and asked me if i was John Howard? I said, John Howard was our ex prime minister. and then, he quickly hung up.

i was thinking if this company was legit, would u treat a customer like that? i mean just hang up on them without saying anything?
