Maybe you didn't provide accurate information when you placed an order with them?
I gave them very specific details on the research that needed to be done and I did not add new information at any point. BTW, when a company advertises 100 percent customer satisfaction or your money back on their website, then they should adhere to their promises and thats how proper companies are run, love!
