This is awful! They pretend to be honest and legitimate but at the end of the day they are no better that EssayRelief. They give very high guarantees to attract students and then they fool them like they did with you. I am sure, IF they were to give you a refund they would definitely post a message here to eliminate all this guesswork (we know they are watching this forum).
Hence this is the case; if I were on your place I would wait no longer and call your bank to make a chargeback. You certainly have a case and, you do not need to call them again and again and beg them for a refund - on opposite, they should be begging you to accept the money and keep your mouth shut about this!
