I have read this complaint and the customer certainly has a more than valid point. I'd ask them to contact us so we can arrange a full refund and ensure the free rewrite is delivered as agreed.

Dealing with hundreds of orders a week regrettably there is the occasional order when something like this goes wrong.

The comment on the studentjam website pertains to websites such as Facebook et al. Apologies Writersbeware if you are actually the owner of that billion dollar website or a rival USA student networking website and took personal offense, or, as is more likely you took this as a general attack on the USA.
