I ordered writing services from them for my blog. They completely botched the work. Their QA department agreed. However, when I tried to get a refund or a new writer, they demanded that the original writer fix the paper. On top of error, they delivered the work late (passed the deadline to publish).

It only got worse after that. The customer service experience has been a nightmare. I've been given a runaround for days, been told different things by different members of their customer service, had one of their customer service managers hang up on me, and was told that I had to have someone from the company speak with me to issue a refund. However, you cannot call them, they will give you no number to call, etc.

This morning (after a week or more) of going back and forth, I was told that I'd be issued a refund. However, they did send me this email"

I am very sorry for these inconveniences caused and it happens that we have certain procedures to follow and we take time to check the papers and get back to you. However, the Billing Department said that a refund is possible and they are soon going to talk to you in regards to this matter. We would submit the paper in Turnitin and check if you used it. In case you did, we would see where you are from and your college and you need to understand that you might be caught for plagiarism.

Thankfully I am not a student (had them write a blog article). But the fact that this company profits from plagiarism, and then threatens their customers with such action would seem predatory.

I WOULD URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
