Okay....so, how exactly is the government going to track everyone who buys a paper, what they use it for, etc.?

I have to ask, as I previously stated the plainly obvious. The court will not entertain suits of such frivolous nature as a college student cheating on a term paper...they have bigger fish to fry and are already struggling under a loaded court docket.

For Plagiarism to be even remotely considered a felony, it would have to involve making in excess of $2500 off of it. That's in the business world. In an ACADEMIC SETTING...which is what this whole forum is about....it's not gonna happen.

By the way, don't you guys have work to do?

#3 ????? Not in the USA. It is not illegal to buy a paper from a company, nor is it illegal to use it as a guide. It may get you expelled from a school, but you are not going to stand in front of a judge and waste the courts money and time.

Hell even Teddy Kennedy was caught in plagiarism, and he never did hard time on cell block D for ripping a writer off.

Nothing you say here is going to convince a writer to give up the work and try getting a job at a newspaper, most of which are shrinking, not expanding.

The fact that you think that a 19 yr. old full time college student with no job or commitments is the exact same as a career working adult is proof that you are far removed from the real world. We gotta get you off the campus and out into the world.

I'm a middle aged man who has a career, works full time and goes to grad school on-line. I don't have a tutor to go see, and I don't have the time. I am the kind of customer writers should love. Newspapers are dying off like the plague....people who provide work fror writers allow some writers to do what they love, versus waiting tables at a restaurant. Lucky for writers, not for me. Graduate studies seem to be more concerned about ones ability with composition, than they do advanced study in a discipline.

I came here looking for a professional writer or two. I have found a couple. Can always use more contacts. My money is good....writers are employed, it's a win-win. Again, I don't turn in verbatim work. It is combed over and modified throughly. Cut and paste from a book isn't good enough.

So, as you can see, I'm not some lazy assed 19 year old, who wnats to go drink and have someone else do their homework.

I don't turn the paper in as-is. I always go through it and rewrite to fix my writing style.

Fact is, I am just not good at paper composition....

I just need a coherent, professional put together paper to use as a guide to rewrite and add my own conclusions to. Why is this so hard to find?

s I have stated in another post. I don't wanat to verbatim, take what you send to me and turn around and hand in.

If I know the subject matter, then it is doable for me to review a paper, edit, add and rewrite in time to turn in.

What about someone in my situation who wants one to use as a guide to rewrite in their OWN style, but use references cited by the original writer? I can make my own correlations and tie-ins.

I don't WANT to turn in verbatim something you wrote, but would like to have a template to go off of.

Once it hits Turnitin there is a record kept and subsequent attemps will be recorded as plagiarism to your professor.

So....I don't know what to say other that make sure references cited are in bibliography and the paper is wirtten the way YOU write, not the way another wrote it.

The problem that I see, is that companies that operate outside of the USA have an address IN the USA that they run as cover. I would have thought PayPal payment option would help, as you can always get your payment back, but that doesn't work either.

I don't want to verbatim turn in papers....but to have one to use as a guide and rewrite adding in my views etc., is my goal.

If anyone can help point me in the right direction, please let me know.
