You don't strike me as someone who will maybe take that on board but please remember I have no reason to attack you or judge you. I simply somehow found myself reading this thread for reasons related to me needing knowledge regarding the academic writing industry.

I'm guessing you are all writers and consider each other to be 'the' competition. Why do you all care sooo much about being definitively right? ( that's impossible right?)

I have had experiences with writers and it is this attitude that puts customers off and then leads to negative buzz. Can't you absorb and remember what it was like to learn? Agility and diplomacy must surely lead to a happier disposition for all, no? It has been interesting reading through your posts none the less. Thank you! Read them back and be honest with yourselves; all of you! Answer to no one but yourself on the matter but seriously reflect honestly.

I see so much potential for this market but a culture seems to have developed both in the community and in business that is so ugly that it can surely only lead to extinction.

I may have both the resources and time to be able to set up shop but I am not, nor ever would be a writer.

I am now a relatively experienced customer to the industry and if I was to set up shop with dedicated writers on board I would insist that a customer focused culture existed. I know and understand why and how writers need protecting but processes need to better managed in this industry. A concerted effort would need to be made to get the writer and paying client on the same side.

I thought by using a recognised operator like UK essays might help but I have been treated in a similar way. In fact the only thing they did get right was to get a document over to me on time. I think they think that is all they have to do.

The document was of no use and now I am left trying to produce work with considerably less time available. I also have the massive distraction of my ongoing fight with them in trying to recapture funds.

I do not think this industry can continue. The companies are either scams or are just plain rotten. There is no appreciation of who the customer is and how important it is that money is spent in this industry for the sake of all; the writers and the students who at times desperately need GOOD help.

This place seems like a good place to begin a much needed community effort to raise the standards of this industry. I am certain there are honest writers out there who don't think all the students they write for are scumbags and that they genuinely want to help students and create bespoke items of work no matter what. The battles you find yourself in when becoming a customer in this industry is awful and should make the industry as a whole unsustainable in its current form.

In all, don't use these services unless you really really have to. Make no mistake though although you are the bill payer you are very much the scum.

The business and writer will be entirely difficult to talk with and make sure you are never being treated fairly.
