I am in the middle of something very dodgy with UKessays.com. I paid £438 for a 2250 word essay. It's an awful lot of money for me. The essay did not meet the detailed description I gave. The customer service I received from the company since I sent in amendments to the essay has been well below average. Stories are changing all of the time. At first I was told that the researcher was amending the essay to my request. When I followed this up with a phone call the next day, I was told that the researcher had rejected the amendment. Nobody thought to tell me about this. If I didn't call to check how things were coming along I would be sitting here thinking everything was going to work out.

I was told on at least 3 occasions that a researcher had 24hours to respond to any amendment requests, but tonight when I called the company, I was told that it is 48hours and it always has been. I was completely shocked by this response. I now believe that they are very shady operators and the likely of me getting my essay is very slim. I have sent an email to the manager with my concerns and waiting on a response.
