i only said.. "you 'tend' to generalize." i don't have to read all your posts, i have already read them all since the beginning..

and after reading all of those, i reached an understanding that you "tend" to generalize.. It is my own conclusion, hence not binding upon the opinions of others.. i did not say that you "generalized." There is no point in raising an argument over here with a fellow writer since provocative statements against each other will give the last laugh to essaywriters..

With due respect.. you tend to generalize.. though im not from Ukraine, not all people there are scammers.. do they have management enhancement seminars? of course they do.. even a college undergrad can understand this fact..

writing a post and complaining about a fraudulent company is no doubt cathartic, but you do realize that the chance of essaywriters.net reading this and changing their policies is about zero, right?

essaywriters.net do read this forum as well as other "fraud-hunter" sites.

here are the lessons the essaywriters.net management might have failed to learn..
these are just elementary facts.. thus, they are easy to learn..

1) The most important asset in a company is the human resource. you neglect the writers, they leave. eventually, the company dies.

2) Good support cultivates good relationship between two contracting parties. if writers are taken cared of and supported with their daily writing endeavors, they get happy. they write professionally. in the end customers are happy. more happy customers, more profits.

3) Employ professional writers. some of the posts here discriminate the fact that some writers do not speak english as their native tongue. let not this be the sole criterion. the main criterion is the capability to produce a professional output. i myself is not american or english, but this fact doesn't mean that i cannot write professionally.

4) A good student paper company is founded on honesty.. lies do not help a company grow, they eventually erode the foundations of a good business.

5) RENUMERATION (most compliants are centered on this). the work environment is based on a give and take relationship. writers write professionally in exchange for good renumeration. if a compnany does not pay their workers on time, the workers lose interest. the work output suffers. no work output, no write-ups, customers are not happy, eventually, profits are zero..

6) Don't follow the way of scammers. if the authorities do not catch them, their own conscience will hound them in the end.

7) Good and supportive support representatives cultivate a feeling of professionalism between the writers and the company.. they should be enhanced with the utmost urgency.

8) Glah blah blah.. i personally would have liked essaywriters.net if it were run by professional people.. i do not lose hope.. people learn.. that goes both for the essaywriters management and the writers..

there are many things that are needed to state here, but i dont have the luxury of time.. forum posters, just add something if you may..

Ideally, essay writers is a good system of business.. but, it is the body of individuals that comprise the management which has made what it is today; a sorry example of a business endeavor.

Writing Careers / Essay Writers has done it again (writers salaries on hold for low quality?) [117]

my my my.. essaywriters is still in quandary.. tsktsk.. how long has this been going on? the problem cannot be solved because the essaywriter's admin doesn't want to straighten things up or hear even one tested principle of god management.. they probably need some workshop by a management guru.. one thing i just dont understand is that essaywriters.net is supposed to have a good site when it started; how come they followed the path of deceit and lies.. they could have employed professional writers and paid on time.. something must have gone awry.. poor administration; this is the culprit.. essaywriters.net ADMIN, yes you.. you can still save the company from dying by Paying On time! This is the biggest complaint that has been aired by writers on this site from the very beginning.. For your info, it's a very elementary fact that a company dies without its assets.. yes, assets.. your assets are your writers.. take care of them coz if you dont, they'll leave and look for greener pastures.. that's the way of life.. without your assets, the compny dies slowly then waam! it's gone.. the saddest thing is that you'll be branded as an scammer, not just publicly but you'll be hounded by your conscience.. If you dont have a conscience then you're not human.. you can choose between a leech or a mosquito, sucking the very lives of other just to survive.. you are the least important organism on the face of the earth.. not even important, i stand corrected..

If I were you, PAY ON TIME.. NO EXCUSES..

One thing i want to add.. your support sucks.. some of your support representatives do not have an iota of respect when a writer asked them for assistance.. Remember THEY ARE YOUR ASSET..

One very basic management principle states that the human resource of a certain company is the most important of all resources.. more important than financial, technology blah blah.. learn that from management 101.. Admin you still have a chance to redeem yourself or yourselves..

Honestly, I would have liked your site IF IT WERE RUN BY HONEST "PROFESSIONAL" PEOPLE!
