You should provide more information. Link to the website and explanation of what happened so that when someone does a search of their website a link leading to this website is on top of the google search list.

I called them up a while back and i got an Indian guy on the other line trying his best to speak English in an american accent and he failed miserably. I started grilling him about the reviews that has been written about their website and he started stuttering. I told him the majority of reviews are claiming your website is a scam. When he managed to pull himself together he replied " Well Microsoft and Apple also have bad reviews that doesn't make them a scam".
