Perhaps your right. They did assign the writer. Strangely enough, when the first writer failed the money was immediately transferred to writer two. They told me they contacted their attorney as to how to proceed . What do I do? How is it they refund some customers...I notice smaller amounts.. but those of us with larger purchases aren't refunded. They told me they would have to "pay you out of our money" They keep feeding me new lies and excuses to wait or just ignore my emails. What would you do? I paid with paypal and it's been over the 45 day period because they fed me lies for that long. So I can't even dispute this.

I ordered a dissertation to be done and the writer had 60 days and couldn't do mor ethan 4 pages. Those 4 pages were copied and pasted from other sites. And that writer was a non native speaker. Then I requested a refund. Essay Academia assured me they'd get a native speaker, phd writer instead. So I let the writer start and he seemed to be dragging his feet. So I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The company told me to wait 15-20 days and then they would recollect the payment from the writer. 25 days later they told me the writer didn't have any money in his account and to wait. In the meantime, I sent several emails none wer eanswered and called their customer service hotline. Their customer service is just a call center no real workers are there. All you can do is leave messages, their online chat never answers my "calls" Two months later, they tell me they were sorry for the delay, contacted their attorney and are trying to pursue this. I was so relieved to hear that. They told me to set up a paypal account and had to pay me with "their" money in installments. I said great. Then a few weeks go by and didn't hear anything. They then tell me their accounts manager is gone and give them another week. It's another week later. I feel like I'm being scammed. They didn't erase my account but I have yet to be paid nearly 3 months after a refund was promised. What do I do? They don't have a physical address and I can't report them to the BBB or the General Attorney. I am stuck. I have no product and they have nearly 900 us dollars. I send them like three emails a day. No replies. They are ignoring me.
