I know what you mean! Received a lot of dodgy emails, especially from parts of the world where English is not even their native language. However, there is always a good apple in a basket of bad apples. Thanks for your concern though.

Well, after settling the account, I was not able to reach the operator on the 24/7 chat facility they offer and the customer services phone number in the UK connected straight to voicemail and the US one did not even have a ringtone. So I asked for a refund and was told to wait for 48 hours as there were going to write the 6000 word essay in a flash and deliver it in 48 hours instead of 10 days. I refused the offer and insisted on a refund which they agreed on.

Shortly thereafter, I have received an email from a fake 'paypal' email address confirming the refund. By this time I was very mistrustful and googled the 'paypa'ls' email address and found out that it was indeed a fake email using PayPal's logo and everything else. Will try my luck with PayPal and see what happens...

Well, I should have surfed the net a bit more before I putting an order with Essayacademia. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and paid 356 USD for nothing.
