Few months ago I posted the same topic in essatscam.org and today i realized that this website actually suports certain scam writing companies as it has removed some of my posts about customessay.com[DND*] and has changed my topic from "Please avoid customessay.com[DND*] in Toronto and Vancouver Canada" to "some experiences with customessay.com[DND*] in Toronto Vancouver Canada" what do you think folks? I believe this website operates by certain writes and writing companies that want to allow for the sabotage of their rival companies and they protect certain scam companies which pay the operators of this website to delete or alter posts and threads about them on this website. I have had a very bad experience with this company regarding the poor quality service they provide, the high fee which they charge for their poor quality writings, and their extremely unprofessional customer service. Aside from their rip off prices for their poor quality service and writers, they treat you very bad if you complaint about the quality of the essay you receive from their wirters. I personally ordered 3 essays with this company all at once, and after I received very poor quality essays that were also written in a way that were irrelevant to my topic, they accused me of making false reasons to bring their writers down. They are not open to any option to make things right for you or achieve their clients satisfaction which is the prime goal of any company. After i asked to get the writers to make revision to the essays, they did not even give this option and they simply asked me to give these essays to my teachers, which would cost me both my money ($760) and a marks. I asked them to give my money back and I do not need their poor quality essays and they told me that they have no refund policy which was a lie and was part of their refund policy to make refund for highly unsatisfactory essays which would apply to my matter.

I would like to reveal the names who are behind this scam company, particularly the name of lady who works there as a secretary and you and is behind every thing going on there. The company manager's name is Derek, and his secretary's name is Ela. Please be aware of Ela. She has a very wired and psychopathic personality which freaked me out after I took my essays and complaint about them to her and what she did was that she asked me to leave her office as soon as possible or else she will call the police and will accuse me of harassment. You will notice her extremely bitter and insensitive attitude as soon as you order your essay with, and if she feels that you are demanding to receive the service you paid for, then she will make sure that you will not get a even 1% quality of the service you were promised to get from them.

I see your concern about customessay.com writing business that is posted a year ago. By now, you have probably taken your essay to them and have noticed how disqualified, rude and scam they are. I was very furious at myself fist for trusting this scam company and giving them that much money and second I was furious at them for scamming me. Then I posting about their scam business on this website and I am glad to inform many students who consider to take their essays to them. I appreciate if someone tell me how I can take a legal approach and get my money from them. Please share your experince if you have had or herd bad experince with this company on this forum.
