PLEASE BE AWARE! I am very glad to see several people have reported scam customessay.com company which operates in Toronto Canada on this website. When I searched for this writing company to order few essays with them, I could not find anything and I assumed that their business is genuine or their services must be of a high quality. Anyways, after my terrible experience with this company, I became very furious and could not wait to find anything like this website to report their scam and fraudulent business. I do not know where to start from. It is important to let you dear writers to know that customessay.com company had a very low level ESL writers which he has hired non-Canadian/American writers whom are from other countries that are non-native English speakers; they get less amount of money from customessay.com to write essays for their clients. Unfortunately, I happened to be one of their customers that due to my time constraint I could not focus on writing my own essays and I did not also want to give my essays to online writing companies. Therefore I was willing to pay more money but instead get a good quality essays. First of all, people who operate customessay.com are very rude, irresponsible to their clients' needs, and more importantly, they do not let their writers to communicate with their clients even through emails, and they do not convey their clients' emails or messages to their writers.It couldn't be more worse and hectic for me than this lack of communication and headache. I had to go to their office everyday and make sure their retard secretary whose name is Ela to give my requests and messages to their "invisible" writers. Another worse thing about this company is that they do not give you an option for revision if you want your essay to be revised by their non-qualified writers for any reason. They are extremely egoistic and they will tell you that they are in this writing business over 30 years (a big lie) and there is no way to get revision because they think their essays are perfect and you should hand it to your teacher! WOW... I could not believe that I simply gave $700 to this fraud company to give me peaces of crap in exchange! Derrick, the company's owner is an absolute scam and please do not fall for his lies as other writers have said that on this forum about this company. After my dissatisfaction with the essays, I decided to write my own essays, because non of those essays that were written by their writers could be qualified for a university level and I could fail. So I told Derrick, the company's owner to give me my money back, and he agreed to, but I had to provide him with my own essays first and prove that i had not used his writers' crappy essays. I gave him my essays and asked him to give my money back, and this SKUNK FACE denied him policy and his agreement to give my money back. He told me that I can take him to the court, but I told him that I have a better plan for him which will cost him his reputation and loss of many customers who will not fall prey of his fraudulent and scamming business, and that is through this website which will pop up on any search for this customessay.com.
