My experience and the quality of work with bestessays.com

I ordered few papers from bestessays in the past and the customer service was always good and they would revise my papers on time.
However, the quality of their work was very poor. Frequent word repetition, the grammar and the structure of the sentences was very cumbersome, awkward and simply painful to read.

It was obvious the writers were all ESL (English as second language) but that doesn't excuse them from proofreading their work 2-3 times.
Here are some of the issues I asked them to revise (though instead of revising it they simply deleted the sentences):

I wasn't sure who "certified Americans" were.

Please explain what "tandem for all seasons" is.

These sentences need revision and elaboration:

"He ignored the lower class of the society, and with this, different perspectives may still arise, and if these perspectives do so, it is subject to being ignored." What perspectives, what subject?

"They should save themselves the negative feelings..."

"which blocks the Blacks from freeing themselves from the racism that they thought they suffered form."

"he made a work about ***** art as a whole, and if we speak of it as a whole, " - Please explain what "work" and how it can be "made as a whole".

What do you mean by "Both have their points on "stirring" the *******"?
