To those who have been paid,

Please tell me what to do in order to process my payment. My bank cannot give all the details required by writers.ph. Which bank should I use to transfer my funds? Which bank gives all the details that writers.ph is asking for?

@WriterBeware - I justr stumbled on this site last week. You're right I should have researched before getting on board

writersPHscam - count me in

How come some of the people in the forum like pipi got paid?

I think the company will fold once the writers refused to work

I told the crooks that if they want us to continue working for them they should pay up first!

Look at their attempt at diplomacy --

Thank you for telling us your concern. The accounting dept will be more than willing to accept your suggestion. Your concern will be treated with the highest of priorities

Best regards,
Curtis Jackson

Anyone got generic statements like this too?

Hi pepi,

Good for you. I just got word that i won't get money tomorrow. Imagine, the day before the payout writers.ph sends a system message that the bank requires an amount of $400 and up in order to send our salary. Why didn't support tell me early on, as I've been constantly badgering them about my pay - asking if my bank details are compete, if there are problems, etc? I kept telling them I didn't want anymore delays. Support assured me i will get the money on time and that i should be patient.

Now this?!

The only reason they provide is because it's bank policy and they say the delay is temporary until they resolve the problem with the bank. Is this a sign they're not gonna pay up at all?

I just got word a day before the pay out that the wire transfer is not gonna happen tomorrow, feb 15 because their "bank" only wires $400 dollars and above.

has anybody encountered this problem with writers.ph? is this a hint that they are not gonna pay up?

kkk - good to know i'm not the only one

kkk - i think we should find a way to get writers.ph pay up

I started working for writers.ph last month. I'm expecting to be paid this feb 15. When I read the posts here I stopped taking orders. I badgered support about being absolutely on time and all, anticipating all the trouble that you guys mentioned.

The next payout (March 1) has a bigger amount. I'm worried about not getting paid.

hi gen,

did you get to talk to the local support regarding the pay?

what's the reason for the delay? did writers.ph blame the bank?

I just started working for writers.ph and do not wish to continue working for them. Had trouble dealing with client and support both. And yes, it takes too long to get your wage. As in any outsourcing company the sweatshop principle underlies employee relations.

My question is how do we as writers protect ourselves from scammers like this? In cases where the employer does not pay us, what should be the next step?

Glad I stumbled on this site
