Hi, in an attempt to get this old thread back on topic, I just wanted to briefly share my experiences, having worked for PS (writing accounting and sociology papers) for a period of just over one year. Like several here, I have found the company highly unorthodox in its actions. Work is decidedly scarce (10-12 jobs in just over one year) despite the seemingly high number of orders on the site, and I have found their communication style to be extremely rude and abrupt. They have never stiffed me on a payment and accordingly, payments have always been on time except for one occasion in late 2011. This may well be because I have never been requested to amend a paper but I can't be sure given the disparity of other reports on this site. Feedback on performance is occasionally incorrect or erroneous i.e. the company's style guide accounts for a +/- 10% deviation for task word counts; yet go even one word above or below this count and you will receive negative feedback. There are numerous other instances of confusing feedback in relation to essay headings, general structure etc. none of which seem coherent or justified, at least to me (though I would say that wouldn't I). If anyone has had a similar experience I would be interested to hear your views.
