As a representative for Academic Sciences I would like to bring the following information to the attention of any potential clients reading this series of posts and also both the original poster INFO4 and also the recipient Thinktank444. Once again it appears that unhappy competitors are going to extreme lengths to try and tarnish the names of reputable companies.

1. INFO4 registered on EssayScam on Aug 30th and posted the first comment. Thinktank444 also registered on Aug 30th and replied to the original post within 9 minutes. This is clearly the same individual writing both posts.

2. Yes, Louise is the owner of the company and this information is found readily with Companies House.
3. You have stated that you had 3 essays ordered with us. Please do provide the reference numbers for these orders and we would be more than happy to look into this, if by any small chance this comment is genuine.

4. You state that you believe the office is run from a home setting with children or the TV in the background. Academic Science is operated from within Turner House, Alton, Hampshire of which all the details can be found on the website. This is a corporate building with numerous professional institutions and in which children are not prohibited. We can also assure you that there is no TV within any of our offices. You are welcome to arrange a meeting to come and take a look if this is of any concern to you.

5. You state that we took payment over the phone. This is not the case. All of our payments are taken via SagePay (a third party which you claim we do not use) after an online invoice is sent to the client / or they pay via the website when placing there order. The client is free to use either a credit or debit card. Absolutely no such discussions relating to only accepting debit cards would ever have taken place.

6. You state you have filed a claim with the small claims court and that this was the 11th September. It is now the 14th October and nothing has been received at the office with regards to this. Again, if this is genuine you will be willing to provide a claims reference number.

7. As for the director not supplying her home address on the website? Why would the director of a company need to provide her personal address details when the company is operated from and registered with Companies House from a business premises?

It's a real shame that this website operates simply as a means of slandering other companies. Any positive comments within the site are immediately classified as fake, yet blatant fraudulent claims such as these above are openly available and not taken down.

We received an email immediately from the exact same client asking us not to use his name on a public forum, so we know that we got it right, even if morally it was below the belt... tit for tat and all. I think that using individuals personal names on here is unfair either way, and I think that the fact the client was happy to post individuals names should be bought to attention.

Paypal looked into this matter and ruled in favour of Academic Sciences so I feel this post is purely because the client is unhappy he did not receive a refund. As for having many unhappy customers? We don't, that's how we knew immediately who had posted this.

We could argue about this all day, but at the end of the day, we have done everything we felt that we should, and the client is still unhappy. No company will ever have 100% happy customers, it just doesn't happen.

I am a representative for Academic Sciences. As we have stated in email to you, we are happy to work with you, to make sure that the work is to a standard that you are happy with. The issue that we have is that after a period of time had passed we simple got an email stating you were not happy and wanted a refund. No company will just say, "oh OK, here you go", I am afraid that is not how it works. The work was written by a PhD level writer. I am sorry if you found spelling mistakes but as was offered, this can be rectified and we have offered to put this right, which you do not seem willing to do. Even a small claims court would ask that we tried to put it right before settling a claim.
