Regardless to the geographical area they are located in, their work and dealing is completely unaccepted

I am copying the last message they sent me after I started to report them to the relevant bodies:

The files that have been sent to you is not a virus. You initially asked for rework in your assignment and we did that.

As far as your complaint is concerned, when you to come to our website you accept the terms and conditions of the website, in that case the compalint will go against you.

Make sure that you don't harm your career in doing so."

The last statement can show clearly the threatening language

Since it is a service, Paypal can not provide an immediate refund. However they recommend to raise a dispute through the credit card issuer who is going to contact Paypal with all supportive evidences.

One important issue is that Paypal advised whoever is/was a victim of this particular seller to contact Paypal so they can cancel the account.

At this point I can confirm that the seller is going to be under investigation very soon

I would like to share my unpleasant experience with myassignmenthelp.com[DND*]
I requested a Lab report which includes some problems to be solved.
myassignmenthelp.com[DND*] claimed that they have an expert who can do it before the deadline.
The got back to me with a 10 pages report 100% copied from a thesis published online on 2010. The report they forward has nothing to do with the one I sent.

I have sent them the thesis and highlighted all the parts that copied and pastes in the report including the link. However they denied and insist that it is an original work that done by their expert. Furthermore they refused to refund and then they start threatening to hack my credit card and to report me to the educational institute and to send me viruses that can destroy my computer. Apart from the fact that their chat team was very rude.

Since it is not a homework, I did not care about them. I contacted the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ACCC and reported a SCAM from this website that includes all the threat.

I am also in a process to report it to the Action Fraud in the UK to get their report and send it to both PayPal and my Bank to stop sending the money to them and to issue a refund.

Here I am asking all the victims to contact Paypal to urge them to cancel myassignmenthelp.com[DND*] account (Excel Writing Solutions Private Limited). So in the future Paypal and without any delay will consider any compaints related to this business.
