academia-research writer scam still happening?

I quit academia-research after the busy season in the spring. Throughout that period I worked and worked and made good money. Once the busy season ended I started receiving fines for poor quality, poor grammar, plagiarism and everything else in the book.

Researching AcademiaBy the time they were finished I 'owed' them almost $1000 in fines that I had to 'work' off. Just wondering if anyone had the same trick pulled after the busy season in the fall?

Related:Academia Research is a SCAM! Order#: 418061 (writer account deactivated)

The client of Order#: 418061 agreed that i work on his paper but still admin refused my request. I then asked Susan (admin) via chat what was the reason for refusal of my request to handle the order and she said, a premium writer would like to work on such paper. The thing is, until now the order has not been picked after 24 hours and still such order is found in available orders. Also, they could have assigned right away any order to any premium writer they would choose to work on the order but they still placed the order in the available order to available for anyone.

And after a conversation via message board with the client of the same order, in which the client agreed that I work on his paper, the admin refused my request to do so.

When I requested for such order, I was hoping to help the client as the previous writer chosen by the Admin did not deliver quality paper and did not give to the client the paper on time, the reason that this order is until not found in available orders. Because of this, I have chosen to deactivate my account and can no longer work for the academia as the Admin people are abusing their authority blatantly that they do not mind people seeing them do injustice to both writers and clients.

Academia-Research are not paying any writers right now

Just came to know that Academia-Research / Masterpapers are not paying any writers right now. A friend of mine says, she has not been paid even though all her works are accepted. She is fighting now. Will let you know more. But these people are slightly better than Projects1stclass.com, from whom all the writers should stay away. Please do not even think of writing to this company. I can provide you ample evidence of the writers who got cheated. Please do not go near it.

MASTER PAPERS - ACADEMIA RESEARCH.COM

PLEASE DO NOT WRITE FOR THIS COMPANY. STUDENTS, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ESSAYS ON THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT PAY THE WRITERS. I HAVE DEFINITE PROOF OF THIS. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW PLEASE EMAIL ME AND I WILL SEND ALL DETAILS TO YOU. PLEASE DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM, STUDENTS AND WRITERS BOTH.

Attached on merging:
MASTER PAPERS and PETER DRACULA OF PROJECT1STCLASS.COM

Students, I need your help to fight against the above two companies, especially Project1stclass.com, where Peter the Dracula lives on sucking the blood of poor writers. Please let me know if there are any other sites where I can post information about these companies. Both students and writers should stay away from them. You can email me any time if you need more information about these companies. I have actual evidence of cheating. We are informing student representatives of all the universities to post notices against these companies on their respective notice boards with the actual evidences. These people are dangerous. Project1stclass.com's Peter Dracula has just cheated a friend of mine out of her £400. I can provide you with evidence. I can also give you a few good company names if you email me. Please let me know if I can write to any other site about these two companies. This is an urgent matter. We have to protect other students and writers.

Felix:
I think you should lodge a formal complaint about my posts with the mod(s). I have also been thinking that it would be good if i were kicked out. The problem is that i am too lazy to even deactivate my account.

How did you manage to rise above your previous position of horse masturbator? I didn't think you could handle lateral movement.

I don't really feel that threatened by you; you just take up space.

You may want to email me in confidence for suggestions on essaywriting companies that don't swindle writers.

You might also want to go to Mike Tyson for anger management lessons, but that would make you pretty stupid.

I think where he comes from, horse masturbator is a pretty sacred position.

Hi

I did my first assignment with academia-research. It was a tough financial analysis paper. They made me pause the work twice. Finally i submitted much ahead of schedule and the customer was very happy about the work. She sent me a message that she will pay me $80 and academia-research is planning to pay a meagre $10 for the work. They want to cheat me.

Shoba, your financial skills might be excellent, but your English certainly isn't. If you stay in this industry, it will only be with other companies that scam you in the same way they scam their customers.

Signing up for academia-research.com.. any concerns?

I have been interested in signing up on academia-research.com for a while, but I am a little wary of using my real information such as address and phone number. Has anyone else had similar concerns about this or solutions? Any information is much appreciated! Thanks!

On the whole they are not a good company to work for. I did some work for them last year and was always paid but they impose fines for pretty much no reason and there rates are pretty poor to start with. If you look back through the threads you will find others who have complained about late payments or not being paid at all. I would steer clear unless you are really desperate for the work, there are far better companies out there.

I can see you're being very modest here. Maybe you should use the search box here to see it for yourself.

Thanks for the responses, but I was wondering more along the lines of using my real name, address and number on the site to sign up initially. Is it completely confidential? Do most people use their real information and are things such as the CV verified? Thanks!

I don't think everybody provide genuine data about themselves, specially the CV. But for money transfer, however, the information has to be accurate or the funds cannot be transferred. You should go a head with genuine info as honesty is the best policy. Good luck.

Having work with them for 7 years, I would have to say that they are a good company to work. That is if you don't mind your salary being constantly docked for made up fines and penalties just so they can lower the cost of money owed to you. The orders were constantly flowing into their company for a long period of time. These days though, my friends are telling me that the orders are few and far between for the regular writers and the competition among the newbies at the site is tremendously fierce. Their new policies, such as increasing the word count per page to 275 from the old rate of 250 is becoming taxing on the writers who have to not only deal with the new count and reduced CPP because of it (although they claim the rate increased, my friends say otherwise), but also the constant QAD revision requests. All revisions being done not at the request of the client, but the whim of the QAD. So, do I suggest you work for their company? Only if you are a sucker for punishment, which, apparently, I was for 7 whole years.

I would work extremely hard for the money (and some occasional bonuses / tips) and receive the same as payment during the "hot" season. Then, as soon as the "slow" or "dry" season starts, the penalties start rolling in. One time, I added up all of the penalties and fines that they had been tacking on to my account every month and it appeared to me that they were just finding ways and means of getting their money back for the salaries that they paid me during the hot season. The way that the equivalent of the fines added up to the money paid really amazed me. Then again, they are scammers (I realized too late) so this was their typical modus. I can't blame you for quitting even though the pay is sometimes very good. Had I any other options before, I would have quit working with them sooner. It took some time for me to find alternative employment but once I did, Academia never saw me again.

Academic-Research is hugely popular among the contracted writers for their ability to fleece their writers of their earnings in a manner that makes the writer feel like he is inferior and that they owe the company for putting up with their inability to produce good work. It is funny how the inability to produce on the writer's part is never based on the client's review nor revision requests but rather, on their QAD whose sole purpose for existence, seems to be anchored on finding ways, means, and reasons to not pay their writers. Companies that know how to value the skill of their writers know better than to treat them like slaves, which is what this company does. Any writer who continues to stay on with this company after they have proved the con for themselves does not merit any sympathy. Those who manage to identify the scam and get themselves out, leaving the fines unpaid in the process, are giving these criminals their just deserts.

Academia - Research is actually still running the same scam using a new company name. They also deactivated a majority of their senior writers accounts because they were starting to protest the unfair fines of the company. Yes, I am talking about their habit of letting the writer earn a windfall and then having them pay it back with interest. Almost as if they were in the business of being loan sharks instead of a writing company. The writers, before leaving (hence the deactivated accounts), would get as many orders as they could, then let the deadline lapse. They would then refuse to take calls from the company and refused to respond to messages as well. It was the only way that the writers could see to "get even" for the unfair treatment. By doing what they did, the company was forced to refund money to the clients. All the writers wanted to do was hurt their bottom line. Something that I believe they successfully did.
