Is anyone here work for prospectsolution.com?

I have been working for prospectsoluton.com for a bout a year, and recently they have been very horrible to me. First, they take longer than 7 days to put money in my write account as stated in their policy. Secondly, they don't pay on time. Thirdly, they will try their best to cut the money they you down. Fourth, when it comes to give a refund to customers, they don't value my explaination, but they will ask for one. They still own me £1,120, so I don't know what to do to make them pay me that money.

Interesting, I have been working with Prospect Solution since 2003 and they have always been very decent with me. You get paid at the end of the invoicing month, not after 7 days Aldujda. When a payment is made it might take 3-5 days to arrive into my bank account but that is due to the banking process and not the company.

They are punitive if you do something wrong such as return a sub standard piece if work/ do not follow the brief instructions correctly or if refuse to make amendments to a piece of work.

If someone is paying a lot of money for a piece of research then surely it needs to be right. If it does not meet the expectations of the customer then its always better to amend it so that they are satisfied. I have got much of my work from referrals and customers asking for me because they were very happy with the standard of work I was producing.

You said that you have been working with Prospect Solution for a year which means that you must have been happy with them otherwise you would not have been writing for such a long time without being paid surely?

You should be careful not to be libelous since all the points above, apart from the one about owing you money do not seem to be the experience that I have had with them.

Having read your blurb you may wish to consider whether writing is a good occupation for you since clearly English is not your first language and your paragraph was littered with errors, see below:

The above sentence is offensive to me as it looks like you are calling me a liar. I look at it as an insult. You should be more careful with your words. You don't know me, so you don't have to like me, but you should not be rude to me.

First of all, thanks for your comment and suggestion. I used to be happy working for them, but not now. The management seems to be different. And again, they are late with the payment this month and it comes in my account as Cash Deposit rather than Money Transfer from the company. Clearly, that is a poor management! And only a few days to go before I bill them another invoice. Before you bite back, outstanding fees which I'm going to bill them are from the works I have done for them since March and April (It's now nearly the middle of May). These briefs are recently put in my 'Completed Work' section only because I remind them that it is now beyond 7-day period. Why do they need me to tell them how to do their jobs?

Moreover, when I send them an e-mail about assignment or questions needed answers, it takes more than a day for a reply or some kinds of acknowledgement. I just think it's not good enough for a company that promotes itself as 'The UK's Fastest Growing Research Company'. Adrian_Smith, I understand that you have been experiencing a good side of this company. It was like that for me, but not now. And when they start to be different, I think I have the right to be panic.

I am sure they take the papers from the writers in the name of test essays, trial essays, sample essays etc. before terminating. Don't they?

I work for Prospect Solution and such stories are unknown to me, based on my own experience.

My name is David Reston and I am the HR Manager of Prospect solution.

We have well over 5,000 Freelance writers on our books and because we want to always offer the customer the highest level and quality of service we are quite punitive towards our writers if they produce low quality or plagiarized work.

We have a strict applications procedure and request proof of past samples of work that the writer has completed. This we feel is the best way to identify if someone is a good enough writer to join our researcher base. The essay is stored on the writers profile and is only used for the purpose of assigning the writer and checking their quality.

Writers payments are always sent on time through Bank transfer, we do not pay writers in Cash and we always pay on time unless there is a problem with the brief such that it is requiring amendments in which case the payment is delayed until the issue is resolved and the writer is informed of this.

We use our own bespoke plagiarism software and if the work is found to have been copied from any electronic source according to the contract that each writer has to sign they agree to forfeit their pay for the brief, this is because we have to refund the client or re assign it to another writer which is perfectly reasonable. Why should a Freelance writer be paid for work which is not of their own making? We provide very clear and detailed information on how to reference, present, structure every piece of work that we offer out and so it is for the Freelance researcher to read the instructions carefully.

Lastly, many writers have been on our books, such as Adrian for a long time. We have many writers who are still with us since 2001-2 and if required many hundreds of writers would post their positive comments and experiences here. There will be a few who are aggrieved because they have been penalized by our company; however this is the only way to keep up the standards. We do receive fake applications at times whereby the writing looks very good however when it comes down to the actual real paid research the returned work can be pretty poor. Since we have a dedicated team of Proof readers we are able to ensure none of this is sent out to out customers.

We are a very fair company and if any writer has any dispute then we will always look into this properly.

Further to my last post I have looked into our accounts and it appears that aldujda is actually a writer known as 'Muntazir haider Ali' who previously worked for us and was deleted from our systems due to a number of works that we received from him which were found out to contain plagiarism.

In the case of mohamedazith, we had frozen his account twice in the past for poor quality work, we gave him a second chance when he admitted in his emails that the work was not good. Therefore the management made the decision to permantly close his account after there was no improvement.

All email corrospondance can be supplied here if either writer is in any doubt as why they were not paid / frozen off our systems.

It is not acceptable to come on a website and write Libelous defamatory comments about a company which are entirely untrue.

Im surprised u even employ writers from non native countries. As for Muntazir, he is also on essaybay and wrote for me with both essays failing one which had 44% plagiarism in it. He also has a website set up from his own country pakistan. He is a true scam artist. If I had my own writing company I would never employ anyone from pakistan or India. UKessays never employs non native writers and that how it should be. How can anyone expect a good paper when it has been written by someone whose 1st language isn't even english ???

Firstly we do in 99% of cases only use native writers however our company offer a wide range of services to our clients not only research writing services. This includes translations, market specific research reports, software development etc.

Also please note that I wrote above in post 2...

Fake applications means that we also include receiving doctored documents which disguises the true identity of those who apply. All research companies will suffer from the same I'm sure; we do our best to eliminate this.

hey...Just see my posts about that thief Muntazir Haider....Yes he is a well known fraud/ con artist and should be banned.He is NOT a Harvard Graduate as he claims and has no intellectual acumen of his own and thus resorts to plagiarism.....Cheats never prosper but this man is definitely not being punished enough!

well im not a writer nor can i be arsed to write for essays for essay companies but i would never employ a non native writer work on an essay for me. I did it once cos money was tight and paid the price for shoddy work. That was my mistake.

I am unable to do a paper because of an accident but these prospect guys frozen my account and they have said that we will give you an other chance. They gave me a 8000 words paper and asked me to add 3000 words

I have done the best of mine within 2 days
And finally when i have asked them about the payment for
the orders which i have completed already they simply said your account is frozen and we are taking your balance amount for the damage happened.

They used to say that they give 90% of amount to the writers
but it is not true guys , they use to take 3/4 of the amount from the client and they are giving us only 1/4 of the amount.

Also in prospect we are no even allowed to communicate with the client through the portal,
if we have any query that will be sent only through prospect solution by email.
So it clearly hides the customer form writers
and these prospect guys decides things on their own and terminates our account if we have a balance in our account.

So don't work for prospect its really dangerous

communicate with the clients and ask them to pay for the successfully Accepted work

They say that the have their own software for plagiarism
Then why hey don't give us to check plagiarism before we submit our work.
For just checking the plagiarism why do they want to hide it?

See their strategy if our paper is found to be plagiarized writers have to pay 500 pound for it. So if they found our paper plagiarized they will impose penalty on us. Is this a fair way ? Instead if they give the writers to access to the plagiarism software we can check for plagiarism and we can avoid it ?

So writers please BE AWARE OF THIS ...

I have been employed by Prospect solutions.
I think the company is good.
Only one thing that hurts me is that they pay only once a month.
Other companies pay twice a month and also consider paying at the hour of need.
I am a full-time writer and need to meet several needs and therefore am finding it hard to adjust to once a month payment.
Can anyone suggest me whom and how I should request for twice a month payment.
Otherwise, every single thing sounds good to my ears. I mean I am enjoying my work with them.

People who can't write a coherent sentence should not work as "professional" writers. Customers don't pay a writer for the privilege of having to edit the entire document afterwards.

Morgan is clearly a disgrunted writer who wanted to find out if there were other writers that had penalised by PS by saying they were 'holding an investigation'. Morgan uses a 'yahoo' address because they are not any kind of official body and I guess that they should be careful if they pertaining to be one.

Prospect solution is okay but they pay you once a month like ukessays and it's frustrating to wait. they may also give penalties and such, otherwise their rates are standard and their hr team seems quite professional. but like ukessays they take a lot more from customers than what they pay writers

So, what according to you should be the fair rate for writers?

Writers should not work for less than 55% (with a 70% ceiling) of what the customer pays. All of the legitimate, American companies meet these payment standards. If you aren't being paid at least 55%, you're getting shafted.

it may be true that American companies give a better chunk to writers from customer fees than UK companies. uk companies take around 200-240 pounds from a customer for a 2000 word undergrad essay and pay around 70-80 pounds to a writer. that's unacceptable and even if these companies are 'registered' their work culture is like any other fraudulent company and this practice has to be stopped

Thanks for your valuable input. But how does one know what the customer has paid? Do writing companies inform their writers how much the customer has paid? If not, then how does one go about negotiating with companies, especially if the writer is new and has no experience?
