Hey guys, wish to say that I smell fishy something here that after being fooled by essaywriters and academia research i tried uvocorp.com the most startling thing I found out was that its representatives name was Daniel and essay writers rep. name was Daniel 2. So I suspect and am sure they are same. Be aware!

You tell me friends, how can we unite more in a proactive manner to settle an old score with these cheats for sure :) If you have more information about them, post it here.

You could be right. They multiply by cheating the writers. Look at Peter Richardson.

Maybe not working for them would be a good start. Not sure if possible though if you don't have a backup plan (another job).

Peter Richardson

Did it ever occur to you that that name could be an alias?

Yes, Margie, I know that it is not his real name. But that is the name we know!

I have joined today. I was guided by a fellow writer. He said this forum might be useful. I have recently started writing and was terribly cheated by the person mentioned above. That was more than 45 days' work and it went unpaid. I am very upset.

BS.... Uvocorp is doing its thing. I've been working for them for 3 months, and I agree, once my payment was delayed, but all other times - everything is perfect. Daniel from essaywriters.net is not the same guy, as I think they would have switched his name, and they aren't in USA, but I don't care as long as I get my money

Jeffrey, please don't write for this Project1stclass thing. That man is like a criminal, not like cheat. Took all my money and threatened me instead.

FrostatMidnight, What's the website? I'd like to check it out. I'm very good at uncovering basterds like them. :) I also got back a great deal of money from essaywriters, cuz I confronted them ))) Thanks for your support btw. ))

It is this company called Projects1stclass. projects1stclass.com
I think there is another company owned by the same person called 1stclass projects and another desertation something. When you click on it, you can see that you can get job right away. It is a walk-in job. Your work is appreciated by administraor Peter Richardson till you reach, say £600. Then you are told by him, not by the client, that you have plagiarised and all your money is gone and he is filing a suit against you. It is horrible. I don't know how he doesn't killed. There are many people who have complained against him. Does not care for students either. If you say, you will sell the essay to internet, he says "Go ahead". Please don't ever go to this company either as a writer or as a student.

WB or anyone,

I know this is an old thread, but I didn't want to start a new one. A friend of mine just asked me a question and I'd like to throw it to you. She asked me if UVO and essaywriters are the same company.

I tried looking for the answer to this in the other forum posts, but couldn't find any info on it. I hope you can answer this. Thanks.

She asked me if UVO and essaywriters are the same company.

No, but both are from Ukraine.

Thanks! If I'm not mistaken, both have offices here. I think that the reason my friend asked is because she found it odd that 2 Ukrainian companies with the same line of business occupied offices in the same building. She was supposed to start for work in one of those offices until I told her to read this forum... Let's just say that she decided wisely.

But... don't take my word for it just yet. I haven't verified what she told me.

From their homepage:

"All writers must be able to have access to public or private libraries and be writers by their heart."

Academic LibrarianGee, I don't know...I feel like a writer by my heart, but once my heart is put back into my chest cavity things feel different...

I would be willing to work for any legitimate company that pays me what the promise for the product that I promise. Of course, pay scale has something to do with that, but it is more the measure of a company's legitimacy than proof of it.

If you're asking whether or not I'm willing to work for a company that engages in false advertising, I suppose the answer would have to be "yes" given that I worked for UVO up until a few weeks ago. I've known about their business practices for some time, but I cannot stop people form ordering essays from this company. If I am able to provide a few good essays for decent money, I will do it. That does not mean that the company's practices are OK or that customers should use their site.

I absolutely care about misrepresentation, and was continuously upset by seeing orders completed by other writers going under repeated revisions when, had the company been willing to pay me even half of what they had charged the customer, I would have done it right the first time. Since I began working for legitimate companies, I have only completed a handful of orders for UVO, and only when they paid me as well as the other sites.

They weren't misrepresenting my writing as expert and American, so there was no issue there for me. If you read my entire response to stu4's question, I said largely the same thing (though more briefly).

As I have stated and proven previously, legitimate, American writers sometimes "try" writing for the Ukrainian fraudsters (often based on false promises in ads), but leave due to misrepresented, low pay and the inability to stomach the fraud that they witness behind-the-scenes and away from trusting CUSTOMERS' eyes.

they accepted me as writer

I'm not surprised.

As hard as you may try, you will never coax me into attacking pheelyks, because, quite literally, this is no reason for me to do so. You're just mad because EVERY time a legit members signs-up in this forum, that person sides with me. Well, actually, the person sides with that for which I stand against you and your fraudulent kind-honesty, truth, and consumer/writer protection.

Undertow2, when you signed up, what did you do, almost immediately? That's right-attack me. Do you know how often that happens, simply because I post verifiable information of fraud? Walk in my shows, and then ask that meaningless question.

By the way, I'm not the one who perpetuates the never-ending attacks and harassment. Not only have I asked numerous times for such activity to cease, I get attacked even MORE by the fraudsters after doing so because they thrive on negativity and the promotion of fraud.

The fact that they accepted you as a writer means that they are not genuine. You cannot write in English well enough to satisfy a fourth grade teacher.

WOW!! BINGO! yes they accepted me for third grade only :P Happy Now!!

I don't know what you're trying to say. Yes, I have a good command of English, but I don't speak any other languages. And I never claimed to.

Stop cooperating wrong people here.

Huh?

I am a writer for uvocorp, and have always had issues with customers changing their minds mid stream, whether it is for deadlines, or paper content. Although the paper prices are high, trying to get paid is a different story. I would think twice before becoming a writer for them. Everyone knows that all those three sites are owned by the same organization or person related to Eastern Europe.

I worked for UVOcorp for about 3 months before I unofficially quit. I stopped writing for them cold turkey. I had already signed up with them before I found out that they have a habit of paying their writers back wages instead of current salaries. They owed me a quarter of pay and they never did get around to giving me my salary. I just consider that a nightmare that I wish to forget. Newbies learn all the lessons the hard way.

UVOCorp has moved its business from wherever it was they were originally located to the Philippines. The company is now known as UVOCorp Phils. So the services they provide and, dare I say it, their treatment of their writers just went from bad to worst. I mean, how can a scam company run out Europe improve when run by scammers from a third world country? Exactly. This is not a business model that an independent writer or student looking for good services should look into. The website really looks flashy and glossy. It will take you in with the sophistication of its design. Do not be fooled. The service is not up to par with the image they are trying to project.
