Companies that hire and manage their own writers?

I'd like to know which established US/UK companies hire and work directly with their own writers.

I found out that most companies use the same writers bank. Is it true? If it's true, what's the point, then companies are the same if they use the same writers?

Companies that own multiple sites generally use the same writers, just like some car service companies do business under more than one emblem using the same cars and drivers whether you call one of their 800 numbers or another.

Competing companies do not use the same group of writers although there's nothing to stop individual contracted freelance writers from working for unrelated or competing companies.

I don't think there's such a thing as any writing company that actually has a physical office where dozens of writers come into work, punch a clock, and work a shift in a big room together. Most of us do this work because it allows us to work from home; going into an office to punch a clock for a regular work shift would defeat the principal purpose of working as freelance writers.

Most of us sign non-exclusive contracts with as many different companies as we want and also take work privately from our own clients.

Affiliated writing networks

I don't know if this is posted in the right thread, if not feel free to move it.
I was wondering if anybody knows whether *********, SRN, and Custom Essays are affiliated with each-other?
Thank you
Jess

We own and operate over 455+ websites, and have 40+ affiliates.

Dang, that is how you run a successful paper-writing business. Why they need that many is beyond me, though... no kill like overkill, perhaps?

Will you consider hiring me as your custom paper editor and writer?

Manager WriterMy name is Rob. I am a 25-year-old man currently living in the UK My current academic interests are in the field of International Relations. I am currently conducting original research on the issue of UK foreign policy and the dissolution of the former Yugoslavia. I am also interested in international institutions, de facto states and rebel governance in de facto states.

I am a graduate from The University of London law school. During my time in the UK, I specialised in medical law and criminal law. In my final year, I researched the issue of gendered violence during the Yugoslav wars of the 90's and produced a 10,000-word dissertation thesis on the subject. It was this research that got me interested in the politics behind the dissolution of Yugoslavia. This interest led to me choosing to study a master of research degree in International Relations at The University of London. London University has one of the most well respected Central and Eastern European departments in the UK so I am finding it the ideal place to develop my knowledge in the field and to produce my own research.

I believe I am an excellent research writer for several reasons. Firstly, I am organised at all times. I have the ability to work through large amounts of complex data before analysing and organising the data appropriately with regards to supporting or countering my research hypotheses. These are skills I have developed throughout my 5 years of university study. Secondly, I have the ability to select the most appropriate methods in order to conduct the most effective research. These are skills that I have gained through my research master's degree where I have undertaken study in both qualitative and quantitative methods. Also, I believe that I am able to find the ideal balance in my work which allows it to be coherent and solid with regards to the arguments I make whilst maintaining an element of creativity throughout my work. For example, in my undergraduate dissertation I decided to contest an argument made by most scholars in the field with regards to motivation behind sexual assault during periods of war. I done this by often using the exact same witness testimonies as the academics who supported the argument which I was contesting. This shows my ability to look at evidence in a different way and create original arguments using data that some would consider to be contradictory to my hypothesis. I have received first class marks for both pieces of original research which I have conducted so far at university and I am predicted to receive a distinction for my dissertation in my research masters. I believe that the factors mentioned combined with a genuine passion for research and pride in my work allows me to excel in academic writing.

The legitimate US and UK companies do not function on a multiple website listing as they deal with all of their writers and clients on the level and, due to the high quality of their product and reliable writer service, do not need to masquerade behind varying company names just to stay in business. If an academic writing company claims to have affiliate companies, it stands to reason that these companies are not legitimate at all and will pose a problem if a student opts to deal with them.

Due to the illegal nature of some essay writing companies, the owners tend to hide behind multiple "websites" that they claim to be "unrelated" to each other should they be asked directly. These "umbrella" companies do use the same writers from their writer pool because they cannot afford to hire new writers for each scam company they create. All of these companies claim to directly hire and work with their writers though. That is true to a certain extent. They do have the contact numbers, email address, and PM system with which they can contact the writers when necessary, regardless of the ungodly hour. Based on the way that the scam companies work, their various websites does represent the same company and the same writers pool. The company name varies to protect the true identity of the scam company instead.

This is inaccurate. There are some totally legit American essay companies that consolidate many different customer-facing websites into a single parent company and a single assignment board for one stable of writers. They probably set those different companies up for reasons having to do with SEO and advertising rather than for any illegitimate purposes. Regardless of which website the orders come through, the parent company applies the same standards and practices and always supplies the projects ordered by customers.

While I do not prevent my writers from working for multiple companies, I prevent myself from setting up "umbrella" websites that would direct the clients to the same pool of writers coming from a "mother" company. I find that a single company registration is best for my business practice as I do not have to register multiple business names for my company online. Yes, not all of them register their companies separately. They simply consider them "branches" under different names to save on paperwork. That is also the reason why I mostly use social media and word of mouth to promote my company. I just don't get how having different sites can help a company when the writer pool is the same and the client will most likely come across my other "companies" during their search, in which case I would have to turn down their other orders in the process. It is also easier for me to hire and fire writers within one company listing of employees. For me, it was never about cornering the market. I have always been about ensuring that my company provides the best possible writing service to my clients, whether it is of the academic or corporate nature. I guess that's why my company has managed to stay afloat and relevant in this constantly changing freelance writing landscape.

There can be advantages for companies to use either or of the models when conducting their business. In this regard, it would mostly boil down to the preference of the owner of the site - whether or not they find it necessary to have multiple platforms. I think that companies that have multiple sites (but with the same pool of writers and orders) do not have to be immediately pessimistically looked at, especially because it is a legitimate marketing stunt that just goes to show that they want to be able to attract as many customers as possible. If a company is able to maintain the quality of their work with this business model, then I wouldn't necessarily say that they're being unreasonable for wanting to use it as an expansion mechanism for the rest of their writing.

Writing companies tend to have several satellite companies that use the same pool of writers. The idea is that the company can corner more of the writing market if the clients think they are dealing with a company other than the one that they did not first choose. While this is a common practice in the business, that is not to say that they always have the same writers pool employed. There is a high turn-over rate for these companies since they do not always do the best job when it comes to managing their writers. The writers themselves have no idea which companies are "sister" companies and end up unwittingly applying for work with the same employers over and over again, just under a different cover name. That is why they continue to mismanage the same writers pool and why the company - writer relationships never seem to improve.

Back when I was dependent on essay companies for work, the only way I eventually discovered how many different companies were actually using me was that customers would sometimes include their invoices as a cover page of the files they uploaded as sources for their projects. I'd only applied to and signed a contract with a single entity, but the projects posted on the assignment board from which I took assignments came from many different companies with websites that provided no disclosure of being affiliated with one another.
