Hi there,
Is anyone able to personally recommend a reliable site for freelence writers? Hopefully one where they actually pay for the essays they order? Thanks.
try essaybay if you need ESL writer. I'm also from Ukraine and got 2 essays for my masters from there and one got 84% and the other got 78% from my professor. Individuals writers bid for your work on that website. My essays were written by jane42 but they might have some other good writers too so give it a go.
It seems you didn't understand the question..
Anyway, does your professor know s/he grades jane42's work, not yours? Is jane42 going to graduate soon?

heyas. there are reliable sites for writers seeking work. things are really busy right now so it's probably a good time to apply. i'd suggest going through boards like this one, seeing sites that are not universally panned (and occasionally even praised) and then going to that company's site. nearly all writing companies will have a site devoted to hiring new writers and you can contact them through the site.
good luck.
is essaywriter.net okay to work for? do u have any suggestion of the company that pays real thing and not scam?
I am serious about having this kind of paper work and I enjoy a lot in learning while earning system.
I am hesistant to feel bad things what other feels in some essay companies because I work diligently and I'm new in the "essaywriter" company.
c",) Thanks.

companies that pay writers
I know there are a lot of writers on here. for as long as this stays up, I think people should talk about which companies we have written for (and been paid by). let's also feel free to name names and ignore the nancy bs about not referring to companies by names.
it's a messed up industry, and I think writers should use this forum as a way to tell what's what, based on the evidence of our collective experiences.
it's simple-- do they pay? do they pay, but steal? do they just steal?
for example:
academia-research.com pays, but steals
essaywriters.net pays, but steals
academon.com pays
thepensters.com never got an order

Thanks for telling us you worked for Academia-Research and EW.net. It's sad to know that they stole your money. Very sad. But why would you work for those scammers? Oh, sorry, I forgot. A writer your caliber and prestige belongs to these companies. Lolz!
WritersBeware
It's no surprise at all that you work for the Ukrainian fraudsters at academia-research.com and essaywriters.net. Thepensters.com is a "nobody." As for academon.com, you have NEVER written for that site, you lying piece of s-i*. You have merely posted papers (in all likelihood, illegally) that you wrote for private customers and/or other companies.
But why would you work for those scammers? Oh, sorry, I forgot.
before you answer your own question next time, Meo, you might wait for it to be answered. the answer is: they paid. and as for caliber and prestige, I think you may be in the wrong industry to be throwing those terms around competitively... or are you? that is, do you have anything productive to add to this thread?
scumbag.
the same goes for you, WB. haven't you traditionally maintained a denial of being a writer in this industry? this thread is for writers to post their experiences with different companies.
4writers--As far as I can tell, they do not pay at all! Pavel Kucheruk has a "PhD" in scammimg.

Essaywriters.net pay for good jobs.
I wonder whether that is practical or theoretical.
What are good companies to write for?
I've never written an essay for a company before, but would like to start. There are so many out there, and I'd just like to know, from your experiences, which are reliable? Also, how much does paper writing pay for the site?
Some writing services (i.e., JunglePage.com) have an online application (at least they did 12 years ago or so) and by submitting a sample paper, you can be accepted as a writer that way. In reality, though, you may have to apply at more than one service to get your foot in the door and then you can become a better writer the same way people get to Carnegie Hall. Good luck.

Which service is best for writers looking for freelance writing jobs?
Which essay service is best from writers' perspectives? And how do those who freelance drum up business for themselves?
This is a line of work I'm looking to pursue temporarily, and advice from some advice from writers already in this niche industry would be much appreciated.
The best is that actually pays for completed work and has enough work (which may not always be the case any more for some reason). What is your background and why do you think freelancing is the best way to go? :)
I'm a native English speaker with a BA and MA in the social sciences looking to make some money on the side. I'm not sure, really, that freelancing is the way to go, so I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a company in particular that's good to work for?
I'm sure you'd be easily hired as a contractor/freelance writer by many services, but the question is if you'd be willing to work for, let's say, $8 per page (I guess that would be an average rate you'd get offered if you apply and get hired by 10 random services). The best ones would probably pay $12-$15 per page / 300 words, but there may not be enough jobs at this time to offer them to a completely new/inexperienced freelance writer.
@laissezpasser If you want to preserve your sanity and if you want to be treated fairly, you would not focus on trying to gain employment through an academic writing company. While there may be some "legitimate" companies that will treat you fairly, there are just too many of the Ukrainian, Indian, Pakistani, and other country companies that pretend to be from the US and UK. Those companies are the ones that you need to be careful about. Unfortunately, most new writers fall into their traps and they don't realize that even the writers are being scammed until it is too late. You will already have worked for nothing. It would be best for you to just self promote whenever possible and also, increase your visibility here at ES in order to make sure that the students looking for freelance writers will spot you and have a way of contacting you should they wish to hire your services. I speak from experience when I tell you that looking to join a writing company is not for the inexperienced newcomers to the industry. The treatment of the company based writers seems to be getting worse over time ( in some companies) and I would not want you to be traumatized by such an experience.
I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a company in particular that's good to work for?
My advice is, don't listen to the above poster. The process is not easy, but you can get an account with a reputable essay writing company if you just keep trying (it took me three tries 20 years ago). Never give up, never quit trying, never say die.
It is difficult to recommend any academic outsourcing site to a freelance writer based upon the company's ability to pay and pay on time. Each company functions under different payment rules which often causes difficulties for the writers. Usually, the newbie writers who enter into the company are the ones who develop the most payment problem scenarios because the companies tend to take them for granted as they are an unproven track record and are deemed expendable by the company at that point. However, there are some that are on the level and they pay the writers diligently on a schedule. You won't really know which sites pay out to the writers and which ones just scam the writers unless you are already working within the company. This is something of a "Hail Mary" for the writers. I consider it somewhat of a Twilight Zone where nobody really knows what's going to happen until payday comes. Just apply as a writer to as many companies as you can and discard those that prove to give you problems when it comes to payment collection I guess. That's what I did when I was still working in the industry.
I know of a number of academic writing companies that actually have a "left-hand, right -hand" payment set up with their freelance writers. What I mean by that is that after the writer completes the work, he sends in the finished product then bills the company for the amount owed on the order. Usually done via Paypal, this is the most definite way of getting paid on the writer's part since he gets to bill the company immediately after submitting the work. The payment enters the writer's account within 24 hours after completing the deal. If you can manage to get hired by one of those companies then you will definitely be one of the lucky few to be working for a pro-writer company.
Due to the non-endorsement policy of this forum, I cannot mention any company names here. However, the writer applicant is free to ask about the payment policy during the screening process. Be specific about how you want to be paid and if the company accommodates your request, then go ahead and give writing for that company a try.
You definitely do not want to work for any of the aforementioned academic writing companies. Neither do you want to take your chances applying to work for the new academic writing companies. Those are usually the same scam companies, just under a new name. I agree that the best way to make sure you get paid is by working for yourself. However, you may find it difficult to build a client base from scratch. As far as I know, the writing companies that advertise at this forum can be relied upon to pay their writers fairly and on time. You may want to consider one of them for your application. That is, if they are open to applicants at the moment.
Due to the inconsistent number of orders coming in to the companies these days, most of them tend to not pay the writers on time. That is because the company owners spend the money as it comes in to keep the company afloat. That means sacrificing the writers salaries more often than they should. Some even take to paying their writers in installments, causing back wages to line up for the company and eventually, leads to the non payment of writers before the company finally closes shop.
The opinions are that of the author's alone based on an individual capacity. Opinions are provided "as is" and are not error-free.
By the time a company starts delaying payments, it's no longer a matter of staying afloat, because the ship is already sinking.
