May I ask what details of yours was leaked by your writer? You should tell Carly what the project code is so that she can look into it. If you can't do that, it tells a lot about how true this sudden buyer complaint may not be amidst the wretched cries of banned feedback fakers.

My details have been leaked out to my university and now im up for serious allegations

What details? How did the writer access your private details (real name, university, course, professor's name)? You are either lying or, quite literally, are one of the stupidest people ever - only a mentally incompetent fool would ever give his/her writer the details I've listed.

My writer promised feed back within four to five days and then sent a mail claiming to be unwell

Breaking News - Writers are human and do get sick.

Next thing Im being called to attend a meeting of serious allegations from an outside source.

The outside souce could be anyone, including a friend.

You should tell Carly what the project code is so that she can look into it

Any writer can look up a project code through the SEARCH PROJECT function.

Write to them and provide the supporting documentation - as in your payment receipt, etc.

Honestly - don't believe it, unless you communicated all that info to your writer.

Trouble: You can spell the word 'allegations' correctly twice, but you make the same spelling error with the words 'probably' and 'seriously' . . . your claims sound contrived, or worse, a poorly-veiled threat to someone in the forum.

You sound pretty calm, too, for somebody who is about to be tossed out of school, supposedly. I'm surprised we haven't heard from you again today.

i dont know if it was leaked by the writer or not yes I did put university name so thsts whats happened, could be anyone and yes EW you are right im an incompetent fool thanks

im not threatening any body damage already done and what would i myself gain from that, saw this forum and thought would post my own story on it

it was wrt who called me the incompetent fool

No, I did not. I said that

only a mentally incompetent fool would ever give his/her writer the details I've listed.

I clearly stated that any who provide the info in question are insane, not you. Did you send your writer the details in question?

Well since we've got some well written folks here that are vehement about their English speaking, anyone want to have a go at my paper? essaybay/project_details.php?pid=07205 I realize I'm foggy on details, however, I'm more than willing to discuss them privately (gotta protect something).

Also, amusingly enough I got an inquiry and a bid already, almost minutes after my posting. Does this mean that it's a fraud or someone who doesn't know what they're doing? And has anyone on this thread already posted? Because as I wrote this I received 2 other messages and bids. Thanks everyone!

[edit] Amusingly enough, after I checked all of the replies, every one of them had grammatical errors despite the fact that I specified in notes that I wanted a Native English speaker.

Amusingly enough, after I checked all of the replies, every one of them had grammatical errors.

Care to prove that claim by posting the replies of those writers here? ^__^ I was thinking about posting a message for you to ask for at least some details on the topic, but I decided against it when I saw that the project was placed under the subject area of Animation. Computer graphics is not something I'd count as a strength. :)

@EW_Writer: I have no problem putting my money where my mouth is. Here's a few bid messages I got. Note that this is NOT a knock against these people. I don't know whether they do good work or not, but it's apparent that they don't read through the descriptions. Either that or they're so quick when they type that they flip grammar on the fly.

I guess here's my thing with this. In my details I specifically asked for a native English speaker, yet I still get messages from people who aren't qualified. Had I not come to this site first and read this thread, I'd be in a world of hurt right now because I'd be looking for the lowest price and thinking that the grammatical errors are just them rushing when they type, or some other nonsense like that. I've also received more inquiries, but they seem to have properly formed English.

That is a really good idea though to ask for a few details on the topic. I'll go do that right now!

On their profiles are they claiming to be native speakers? Because they're clearly not. I can get them to change that if so.

Regarding bid messages, they're currently a default message that is sent out with every bid, so they weren't full of mistakes on the fly. That's supposed to be a well crafted message to win the bid! Ha!

@EW_Writer: I have no problem putting my money where my mouth is.

I wasn't challenging you to. I just really wanted to read what the writers had to say. ^_^

Well, I have to say that that's not what I'd call a good strategy in buying anything. Even without having read this thread, I think common sense should have told you that accepting the lowest bid without first conversing lengthily with the writer to make sure you know what you're getting would take you to "a world of hurt." At least now you're on the right track. Talk extensively with writers who you are considering, check their feedback to make sure that others have genuinely and consistently found them helpful, and I'm sure you'd end up with a writer you'll be satisfied with.

Again, I'm not trying to call people out and I don't know their quality of work since I haven't worked with them. I'm just trying to contribute to the community to keep it all honest.

@Carly:
Essaybay Writer has the US as their Nationality and MSU as their University attended.

TOP WRITERS has Brown University as their University attended. I also looked at the one project they had. The grammar chosen for that project was suspiciously akin to what they had. essaybay/project_details.php?pid=07119 I also noticed that they won and were not the lowest bidder and they also retained all copyright info, ability to resell and no on-time refund. The lowest bidder gave them all of that.

LinuxGate has the UK as their Nationality and Oakland University as their University attended. I couldn't find an Oakland University in the UK, so I assume they mean the one in Michigan.

@EW_Writer:
I know you weren't, but since I brought it up I figured I should follow through on it. This is supposed to help the community, and even though I'm new to it, I feel that everyone that gets something from this should give back.

As to your second point, I agree whole-heartedly. I meant that in more of a generalization fashion. For instance, if I needed a term paper in the next 3 days but was flat broke, my first inclination would be to just get it done. When I posted I should have been more specific. I have quite a few weeks, so I have time to mull over each entry and provide more information to the folks that I feel are best suited for the job. It allows me more freedom and time so I can make the right decision on who writes my paper.

I've actually been trying to send messages to some of the folks that have bid, but the server keeps telling me that I'm sending personal information (even though there isn't a single thing in there that would trigger that aside from a name I used to cite a source). I sent an email regarding it to the admin, but none of my messages are there. I'm gonna try to break it down again and see what's throwing the flag.

I'm gonna try to break it down again and see what's throwing the flag.

It does that sometimes. >.< I once had a client who ordered a dissertation about mobile phones. We coordinated a lot so you can imagine how difficult getting a message about the project across the system was. We got used to it after a while and just referred to mobile phones as xxx.

I figured out that my issue was using a url. It'd be nice if there was a note that you can't do: xxx or xxx or xxx in the field above the text area, because I had no idea that that was the issue until I tried line by line to find what was making it error out.

Also, once you pick a writer it would be helpful if you could have that restriction taken off since you're dealing on a one-on-one basis. This seems like a hijack of the thread. Sorry!

Carly, can you clarify this on essay bay:how comes you find a writer escrow payment is "pending" and yet their is some feedback left on the project. Does is mean a writer did a project for "free" OR this are some of the FAKE feedback (if they are FALSE feedback, why did some of the writers not get suspended). for example follow this link to get what i mean :

essaybay/project_details.php?pid=06388

essaybay/project_details.php?pid=05758 and many more

Having "escrow pending" on an order does not automatically mean that the client did not pay for the order. As I've experienced, it happens in some cases that even after I have received notifications that the escrow payment had been made, the order still shows up as "escrow pending" on the order page. I'm betting that it has to do with the payment method that the client selected.

I don't think that having an "escrow pending" was the only basis for catching feedback fakers. I'm think that on Carly's end, they have the official records of which orders with "escrow pending" were actually paid and which weren't.
